When choosing the accommodation that best suits our family the first thing we looked for was a swimming pool, on the hotel website there is clearly a swimming pool. But we were told on arrival that it was a mistake and the picture should’ve been removed!!! After waking in the morning I went to get a shower but ‘no water’!! Granted it returned mid morning but not even the toilet or tap worked. Another disaster being the beds, they had mould on pillows, stains all over the mattress.. We then asked reception for general hotel information, (in her language I might add) but where told ‘sorry I don’t know anything’….. The only saving grace was the breakfast, it was simple but filled a hole first thing in the morning. Not one to complain about things as I’m well travelled and stayed in some dumps in my time, but unfortunately this was beyond my comprehension, we are regular visitors to Dapitan City but will NEVER use this hotel again!!! Cheers
