The room was much smaller than advertised. Only bedsheets were provided but no blanket. So the night was cold to sleep for aged couples. When asking to provide the blanket, the staff noted a daily charge will be levied. Similar situation is also related to the refrigerator in room. No such provision despite such was shown on website. I ended up paying fir such use. Also no kettle nor hair dryer were provided. These sre standard hotel norm especially this hotel charge heftic oom tariff by local standard.

The place and pool were satisfactory. The internet wifi password control was a little tedious. No blankets provided only thin bed sheets. Maybe the food quality could be better. I ordered mash, and it was powdered. The pool could be cleaned more often.

we stayed for two nights. First night, they put us in the most seccluded area and since it rained that night, all we can hear are the frogs popping. We did not get good sleep at all. 2nd night, I have requested to be moved near pool, witha dditinal 700php per room per night. We paid nust to get good rest. breakfast was good and local grown. We also love the pool side room as its bigger. totally, nice place to stay

We traveled to the accommodation to check in, and the hotel reception informed us that we could stay in the family room at no additional charge, as our booked room was unavailable. However, during check-out, the reception staff insisted that we owed an extra fee for the room. I am unsure why this charge was applied, as it was not our mistake. I am dissatisfied with the reception staff's handling of the situation, as we were required to pay more despite not being at fault.

Everything was right on point. Room , service, food, and breakfast buffet. Although, the pools were nice they seem to have way to much chlorine and water very cloudy. Looking past that with the pools, We will plan again staying there. Thanks staff and ground keepers for all you do 😀
