i just can't believe its a luxury hotel, originally we planned to stay 3 nights, but after the 1st night, we decided to move out and stay in another hotel (voco Ma Belle), with similar pricing, much better room and services quality... Altara is just like a normal Vietnam apartment, the entrance is terrible, the room quality and services quality are both so so. its a at most 3-star hotel, with quite a lot of minor problems in the room, i.e. problem on the drainage in the kitchen sink...

I had a great stay at Altara Suites Da Nang by AHG. The location is super convenient — the beach is just right across the street, which makes it perfect for morning walks or sunset views. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a washing machine, dryer, small kitchen, and a living area. It felt more like a serviced apartment than a hotel room, which was very comfortable for a longer stay. The only downside was that the elevators were a bit slow at times, especially during busy hours. But overall, it didn’t affect the experience too much. Would recommend for families or anyone looking for a home-like stay near the beach in Da Nang.

처음 체크인 후 방에 문제가 있다는 걸 알았다 에어컨 소음이 심각하여 동영상 촬영 및 로비에 컴플레인을 했지만, 룸체인지가 아닌 기술자를 불러주겠다 했으며, 우리가 자리를 비운 사이 기술자는 에어컨을 고치는게 아니라 에어컨을 꺼버렸다. 일정이 끝난 뒤 우리는 조용한 상태를 확인 후 고친 줄 알았지만 방은 에어컨을 킬 경우 괭음이 들렸다 나는 다음 날 알게됐지만 부모님은 더위를 피해 거실 쇼파 쟁탈전을 했다고 한다 나는 이 호텔의 서비스에 크게 실망했다

Die Suiten sind schon geräumig und schön. Gibt auch allerhand Annehmlichkeiten. Das Frühstück ist gut. Meistens recht leer und ruhig. Der Pool dagegen für die Gebäudegröße meistens zu voll und zu wenig Liegen. Die Fahrstühle sind eine absolute Katastrophe. Täglich verbringt man in oder am Fahrstuhl locker 1 Stunde. Man sollte sich 3 mal überlegen ob man nochmal ins Zimmer muss. Das Personal hat keinen eigenen Luft, da werden die normalen genutzt. 5 bis 10 Minuten Wartezeit bis ein Fahrstuhl kommt ist keine Seltenheit. Dann hält der an fast jeder Etage und zwischendurch wird dann die gedrückte Etage scheinbar gelöscht und man darf ne Extrarunde drehen. Der Fahrstuhl war am Ende wirklich für mich ausschlaggebend nicht nochmal hin zu fahren.

酒店跟Sheraton相鄰（見圖4，對海那邊是Sheraton，對Holiday Inn那邊是Altara）過1條馬路就是海灘，旁邊有**，走5分鐘左右有便利店。 房間很大，2房2廳2浴，但其中1個浴室設計怪怪的（見圖1）浴缸旁邊有個大窗，沒有窗簾，而且我特地跑到對面馬路確認過，外面完全可以看得清清楚楚，浴缸後面是廁所及淋浴間，見圖3，估計原本是有門的，但之後拆掉了，淋浴之後整個浴室濕淋淋的...

4年前にも家族で泊まって良かったので今回は友人とリピートしました。2ベットルーム部屋でしたが、室內が雨季のせいかカビ臭くシーツも溼っていました。また、シャワーの水圧が弱く、お湯が出ない事がありお水で體を洗いました。タンクにお湯が溜まってる感じで宿泊者が使う時間帯はお湯がなくなるのかなぁって思いました。是非その辺もチェックインの際に行って欲しかったです。

I had a great stay at Altara Suites Da Nang by AHG. The location is super convenient — the beach is just right across the street, which makes it perfect for morning walks or sunset views.
