Hotel well situated right next to beach with fantastic views overlooking the sea. Premium room with views was fabulous 👌 and uninterrupted view along the coast. Facilities are all good. The one thing I would like to see improved is the breakfast options which are OK but not the best. Good coffee is also lacking. I went out across the road to Starbucks to get a decent coffee after breakfast.

Decent hotel for the price point. Air conditioning isnt strong in the room and need to manually on each time but generally nice and neat hotel to have a couple of nights in. Location and view are the good points of this hotel.

♡hoang♡ 베트남 여행 첫날부터 유모차바퀴가 고장나서 엄청불편하게 다녔어요ㅠㅠ 근데 무엉탄 체크인하던날 유모차바퀴 고장난거보시더니 시장가서 고쳐오겠다고 해주신 hoang님 너무 감사합니다(남자분이신데 hoang님 맞나요?) huong님도 친절하셨습니다. 그리고 이름은 모르지만 1층 기념품매장에 한국어 엄청잘하시는 여자직원분 도와주셔서 감사해요♡ 덕분에 기분좋은추억만들고 돌아왔습니다 다낭가면 또방문할께요 위치최고구요 vip룸(스위트룸) 전망 미쳤습니다♡

I have enjoyed my stay. The view from the room is spectacular. The room was very clean. The beds and pillows are soft and comfortable. The beach is right across the road. Hotel staff was attentive. I came early and was prepared to wait, but they checked me in one hour before. Everything was great. 🙏

Взяли отель на 2 ночи, и хорошо, что не больше. Номер с видом на город оказался с видом на море, как и писали ранее в отзывах, вид красивый, и удобное расположение,рядом много кафе и магазинов, пожалуй, больше плюсов не нашлось. В номере не убрались на следующий день, даже туалетную бумагу не доложили, хотя на ресепшен просили уборку и доп полотенце, тк нас было 4-ро, а полотенец всего 2, а также подушек на 4 человека было 2. Но даже после обращения на ресепшен не принесли ни полотенца, ни подушки, ни туалетную бумагу, не говоря уже о воде Впервые столкнулись с таким. Одеяла не были заправлены в пододеяльники, пришлось самим заправлять. Завтраки каждый день один в один, не менялось ни одно блюдо. Ещё один неприятный момент, завтрак до 9.30, в 9.20 подходила сотрудница и просила уходить, тк завтрак закончился. Первый день выпал на выходной, чтобы спуститься утром, лифт ждали минут 20. Вода в бассейне немного мутная, и он закрыт днем на 2 часа.

Terrible Service and Unacceptable Conditions – Never Staying Here Again! The front desk staff were incredibly rude, especially those who barely understood English but pretended to. When I tried to explain what I needed, they responded with annoyed looks. The worst part? We had an accident!! my hair got stuck in their faulty hair dryer! I called **three times** for scissors, but no one bothered to bring any. I was horrified! My husband, who had a leg injury had to limp down himself to get the scissors. How is this acceptable service? I even called emergency assistance, but no one came. The room itself was just as bad: - The bathroom design is **flawed**—water spills everywhere because of the poor tub layout. - The shower and sink area are moldy. - The entire room had a musty, damp smell that was disgusting. **I will NEVER stay here again—not even if it’s free!**

체크아웃이 매우 느립니다. 체크아웃 지연에 관해 설명없이 30분 넘게 기다렸습니다. 창문이 없는 방인데 커텐이 있어서 열어보니깐 유리창이 있고 복도였습니다. 복도를 유리창으로 만들고 커텐으로 가려놨습니다. 주변 상권과 바다와 근접함을 생각하면 위치가 좋습니다.객실내에서 벌레는 발견하지 못했고 조식은 안 먹었습니다. Check-out is very slow. I waited for over 30 minutes without explanation about the check-out delay. It was a room without windows, but there was a curtain, so I opened it and found a window and it was a hallway. The hallway was made with windows and covered with curtain. The location is good considering the proximity to the surrounding business district and the sea. I didn't find any bugs in the room and didn't have breakfast.

因為提前預訂的酒店出了問題，所以臨時預訂了一晚2間無窗戶的家庭房間，房間很大，一間房睡2大人一個孩子完全沒有問題。相當於國內4星酒店的條件吧，屋頂無邊泳池是亮點，但我們衹住一晚就沒有體驗。屋頂看峴港風景還是很棒的。由於團比較多，辦理入住和離店效率比較低。

It is not a 5 star hotel, more of a 3 star. Needs maintenance. Rooms are stained and needs a deep cleaning. Beds were not up to standard (if it were a 5 star hotel). Breakfast wasn't prepared with care. The gentleman at the pool area interrogated us as to what we wanted at the pool. Rude. Positive note, it does have a great view of the skyline I did not enjoy my stay.

시티뷰여도 바닷가가 보이다보니 충분히 좋습니다. 시설 깔끔하고 바로앞에 해변가 있어서 아침일찍 바닷가가서 놀기좋아요. 호텔 옆길로 걸어서 호텔 뒤쪽으로가면 마트, 약국, 식당, 세탁소 등 다 있어요.
