Хороший отремонтированный отель. Душевая в первом номере без стекла и весь пол в воде после душа. Завтрак хороший но однообразный. Интернет работает, но медленный.

Good place to stay in Da Nang for a few nights. I can highly recommend the view from the rooftop pool, since there are a lot of high hotels on the other side of the river, which are full of nice colours (LEDs) in the evening.

I liked my room. But maybe I have comparison with cleanliness cuz I was from Japan. But overall I enjoyed my stay here. I liked the breakfast buffet

Une erreur dans la date, j’appelle pour demander à décaler le séjour et on me dit que la chambre n’est pas disponible. Aucun problème étant donné que la demande est très forte pour la date espérée.
Je demande si il est possible d’annuler dans ce cas, car pas possible dans l’appli.
On me raccroche au nez. Inadmissible… quel irrespect, même pour un montant si peu élevé, si je ne pouvais pas être remboursé, ce n’aurait même pas été un problème, je l’aurais compris. Mais raccrocher au nez alors qu’on pose une question, c’est vraiment nul.
