Mercure Hotel was very cool! 😎 The shower felt super nice 🚿 and refreshing. The check-in process is a bit involved because of a transportation rule— you need to get to the cable car station by 8 PM to reach the top of the mountain and check in. We just made it in time! ⏰🚠 All the staff were great and very helpful. 😊 One thing I wish they told us more about was the many free activities available at Sunworld 🎢🎡. We stayed for two nights but didn’t have a lot to do, though relaxing in the clouds was pretty amazing ☁️✨. Expect it to be cloudy because of how high up the mountain is. I don’t recommend upgrading your room; stick with the basic option. The Deluxe King was a bit inconvenient since our windows faced the main square where the bars played music and karaoke til midnight 🎶😵💫. Amenities were lacking, I would have loved a sauna or pool 🧖🏻. Overall, I’m sure you’ll have fun! 🎉👍

두번째 방문입니다. 첫번째 방문에서 너무 좋았던 기억에 다시 찾게 되었습니다. 역시나 기대한대로 또다시 좋은 기억을 담고 갑니다. 시설은 매우 청결했고, 조식도 좋았습니다. 바나힐 방문하시는 분들은 이곳에서 꼭 숙박을 해보시기를 추천합니다

在山上住一晚，等於玩了兩天，景點很好拍，啤酒廣場連本地人都玩得很高興，但坐纜車的時間有點長，從山下到山上超過15分鐘，如果選在下午下山，排隊的人龍會讓你很慶幸住客有VIP可以悠閑搭纜車。

Worth to stay as you can enjoy the night view in Bana Hills and view the sunrise at Golden Bridge in early morning with lesser crowd. Worth to spend a night and stay here. However, the service is poor. I left my phone in the room and only realised it once I reached My Khe Beach. I took very long time to get someone pick up my call and they collected info from me but no reply at all afterwards. I even asked help from 訂房網站 to contact the hotel. They don’t even inform me if there is any findings in the room or not so I travel back to Bana Hills to speed up the process and luckily I met a good Grab driver who help me to contact the hotel and asked to find the phones , they replied him in just 10 minutes which I guess it’s due to the language barrier that I’m not local. Then, they just updated all info with the drivers without contacting me even I’m the owner of the phone and I had made the report to hotel 2 hours ago. It could be observed that the way they managed and solved leftovers case is messy.
