Мы проживали в отличном номере Делюкс с видом на город.Чистый номер, вежливый персонал. Очень хорошая локация, все в шаговой доступности, пляж в 3 минутах, еда. Близко драконий мост и транспортная развязка, чтобы можно было уехать на любые достопримечательности. Немного шумная улица днём, после 12 ночи тут тихо. Очень светлая комната. Были проблемы с душем - у него вода льется во все стороны- решилось снятием лейки, оставил только шланг)

Дали не тот номер, что бронировала. Вместо люкс с балконом - номер на четверых с окном в стену. Не спала уже больше суток, не было никаких сил спускаться и выяснять отношения. Скрипучие шкафы, две огромные, на весь номер, очень высокие кровати, с колена приходилось ложиться. Воду, чай, кружки и тд не предоставляют. Очень печальное освещение, нет ни одного бра, только потолочный холодный свет. Уставшая сантехника. Лобби как такового нет, холл от улицы отделяет дверь-щтора. Парковка байков в лобби этом же. Очень неудобно, что нельзя выйти/зайти после 22 и до 7 утра - никого не потревожив. Опускается «дверь» и надо звонить, будить человека, который спит в этом же холле. Впервые такое вижу… Из плюсов - не застиранные полотенца и чистое, не старое постельное, удобные подушки, кондей работает. Своих денег не стоит точно, для отпуска вообще не рекомендую, если только ночевать (приходя до 21-22)

A really awful woman is working at the front desk now who always lies to the customers and tries her best to make fights with the customers every day. Several times I would see her fighting with customers because she refused to do basic things about her job. She spends more time cooking and eating every day and sleeping in the guest rooms than working at the desk. In the few days I was there two different customers told me they were leaving the hotel just to get away from her. I was a customer for a few years, but I won’t be staying there again now.

Careful before booking! There are 2 Bac Nam hotels in Da Nang. Airport hotel is at street number 27 of its address (downtown central area) Beach hotel is at street number 36 of its address (main tourist area) Hotels are 7km apart. Check carefully which one you are booking! I stayed at beach hotel. Walking distance to both the beach front and the main bars restaurants nightlife area but blessedly just outside the main noise lights and bustle of crowds. I had both a smaller and larger room. Both were spacious bright airy and clean, with a small table, chairs, fridge, TV, kettle and nightstand. Some age marks on the wall but everything else was spotless. Beds were massive and very comfortable. Lobby area has a large couch and coffee table and fully open front to the street so it's cool, shaded and breezy. Lobby is also spacious parking for rental scooters so they are off street during day and secured behind nighttime shutters at no cost. I paid €8 per night, stayed 2 weeks in my 30m2 room with street facing sliding doors (no balcony, just ledge). I highly highly recommend it.
