我住了那麼多間的別墅 沒一間有這般差的服務 說好的房間對著沙灘 來到check-in是離沙灘很遠的 一點也不方便 風筒壞的 用手掌扇風都比它大風 幾間房間電視全是開不到的 電插蘇都插不到，只是一個裝飾 其中一間房沒熱水供應 洗手盆獲利回吐堵塞 說有管家的服務 聯繫了但不去解決 我有朋友腳受傷問有沒有急救物品提供一下 完全沒了一回事 問有沒有單車服務問非所答 推銷我去租借摩托車服務 我的朋友只是孩子不會騎 真的很嬲

지하방 2개는 창문이 없고 방이 작습니다. 샤워실도 공용에다 첫날 변기가 막혀서 일행들의 불편이 있었습니다. 지상층 방과 차이가 너무 커서 숙박기간 내내 신경이 쓰였습니다. 조식은 분명히 2번 예약을 했음에도 리셉션에서 조식과 관련된 정보를 주지않아 취소요청을 하자 예약된것이 없어 취소할것도 없다라는 황당한 대답을 받았음. 전반적으로 아쉬움이 있음 숙소가

Our stay at KayStay exceeded all our expectations. Everything was exceptional, from the luxurious villa and stunning views to the outstanding service provided by the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcome. The resort was peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Honestly, the experience was below expectations. The cleanliness was not good, the villa felt old, and the service was very average. Also, 2 out of the 6 rooms were in the basement near the service area, which was disappointing. At check-in, the air conditioning was off and the rooms were very hot. The rooms did not cool down until very late at night, which made the stay uncomfortable. For the price paid, the villa was very expensive compared to the level of service and quality provided. Unfortunately, it did not match the value, the place, or the company’s name. I would not recommend it, and I will not return again

The facilities are clean, and the hotel's interior really captures that vacation vibe. It's a perfect spot for travelers looking for a quiet and private getaway. Most importantly, the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom facilities are excellent. The room view was also unobstructed and fantastic.

Absolutely loved our stay at KayStay Beach VIllas. The beachfront location was unbeatable — waking up and walking straight to the beach every morning was the highlight of the 訂房網站. The private villa felt luxurious yet very comfortable, especially with our own pool and spacious living area. Perfect place to relax and unwind in Da Nang. Would definitely return!

Our family had an amazing time here. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and the private pool was a huge hit with the kids. We loved having a full kitchen and large dining area. It felt like a luxury home away from home. The host was very responsive and helped us with every question.

Отличное расположение, есть сервис по доставке от лобби к вилле и обратно. Пока мы отдыхали не работал спортзал и бассейн на пляже , немного расстроились из-за этого но в целом отлично
