We enjoyed our stay the hotel is grab distance from the center Con Market and Han Market. If you go walking there is not many places to eat . It will be nice to have the restaurant open . Breakfast is ok but they need to change after some days and have more variety. Reception are great people , Rachel was amazing and very helpful and professional as well as Thinh and the rest of the crew . We were overall very pleased .

Da unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Zimmer einen Mangel hatte bekamen wir ein tolles Upgrade in eine Suite. Diese war angenehm gross, in zwei Bereiche geteilt. Schlafbereich und Küchenbereich mit Schränken. Das Badezimmer hatte eine grosse Badewanne, aber war nicht ideal zum Duschen. Der Pool auf dem Dach und der Ausblick noch eine Treppe höher waren toll. Wir haben den Pool zwar nicht henutzt, er sah aber sehr sauber aus. Das nächste Mal bestimmt. Das Frühstück fanden wir nur mittelmässig. Keine grosse Auswahl, aber man wurde satt. Der Frühstücksbereich auf der Galerie ist sehr klein und auch recht kalt. Nicht besonders einladend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas ausserhalb. Dafür aber sehr ruhig. Mit dem Taxi ist man aber schnell im Geschehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

ホテルは思ってたより、清潔感がありキレイです！値段にしてはかなりキレイでオススメです☆ 掃除が結構行き渡ってて。とてもよかったです。立地が悪いのでバイク借りてる人にはオススメです！コストパフォーマンスと綺麗さはすごく良きです😉

Rooms were tastefully decorated and service was good and helpful. Though there was a unexpected power outage at one point. The river is a short walk from the hotel which is located on a quiet street... River views are actually limited if you have a room on anything lower than 5th floor. They kindly upgraded my room after pointing out a shower leakage issue which made my stay very worthwhile. However, the suite only had a bathtub that drained out into the toilet instead of directly draining into a pipe below which was very strange as the toilet would get flooded. Other than that, breakfast was small but enough to fill the stomach though the breakfast dining area is very small so coming early or later is better.

⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. All photos attached to this review were taken after housekeeping had supposedly cleaned the room. This clearly shows the actual level of cleanliness and attention to guests at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, there were problems. Our room was missing basic necessities such as soap, toilet paper, and even a trash bin. We repeatedly had to contact reception and ask for items that should have been provided before guests arrived. The biggest issue was not the missing items themselves, but the complete lack of attention to guest comfort. It felt like nobody bothered to properly check the room before check-in. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we spent our time dealing with problems that should never exist in a hotel of this standard. For the price we paid, the level of service was unacceptable. We expected a comfortable stay and received frustration, inconvenience, and constant disappointment. There are many hotels in Da Nang that offer better service, better management, and much better value for money. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Good: Hotel staff is attentive, help carry luggage etc. Breakfast is okay, not much spread but enough (pho, egg station, and some local food with salad. Bad: the sound from hall can be heard in room clearly. Next door guest opening and closing their room doors, got shock a few times. Also, doesn’t have any mart/shops of any sort around the hotel.
