During check-in, the staff kept on saying to me that my booking number was not found but she handed me the room key after taking pictures of my booking documents. She said that she still couldn't find my booking number again to me when I was back to the hotel from outside a few hours after checking in. I showed her every document about my booking again so that she could take pictures of them. I asked her what she was trying to do on earth and why she let me check in though she couldn't find my booking information but she didn't answer my questions properly. Fortunately cheking out was completed without any problems. The room seemed lovely but it was not so clean, the bathroom smelled bad, towels were old, the linen was damped and the staff didn't even apologise to me for having doubts about my booking so I would not recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious and clean. However, there is not a single clothes hanger to hang your clothes in the big wardrobe in the room. The bathroom is clean and well fitted. It is located to the side of Han river with many shops and eating places, very convenient. The breakfast is very basic but you are compensated by a good view of the city and the Dragon bridge. Overall, it is still a great place to stay with good value.

I booked and prepaid for junior suit for 7 nights in the first week of July. I couldn't reach the hotel on the first check in day as I missed the connecting flight to Danang from Hanoi due to delay in flight to Hanoi. I messaged the hotel about my family's inability to check in on the first day. When I turned up to the hotel to check in on the second day, to my surprise, I was told my booking was cancelled for no show. There was no refund and no information of cacellation send to me. When I showed the my message about second day check in, the hotel said there was a misunderstanding and hurriedly kept us in another hotel with no breakfast. They lied to me by saying the ac in my booked room was broken and they had to fix it. First I was told booking was cancelled and later ac was broken. I asked for refund of my first days stay and breakfast expenses incurred from the second hotel. But the hotel only agreed to refund the breakfast expenses.When the hotel cancelled my booking without refunding and/or informing me, they should have been honest enough to refund my first day of stay when they accepted it was a misunderstanding on their part. I returned to the hotel on the third day. The remaining 5 days of stay were fine.
