Staying at this hotel was the worst experience in my life. It basically ruined the last few days of my holiday. The hotel it’s self is disgusting The bed sheets were filthy The chair was full of cigarette burns. They put me in the wrong room the first night Once I complained to reception all they did was laugh at me The English was so bad I had to show them a photo of a towel just to get a replacement I asked for my room not to be cleaned but they cleaned it anyway and they pulled out the plug for the fridge so everything went hot The shower leaked so much that it covered the entire bathroom floor I asked for compensation for the one night they put me in the wrong room and all they offered was to kick me out. They didn’t even have hand soap It says clearly in the elevator that there is a gym which is a complete lie. The pool water was also very disgusting and the lights surrounding it were so old and faded they had turned yellow apart from 2 one was new and the other was completely missing The curtains were also broken so you couldn’t even close them properly I paid well over $100 per night to stay there. It was a complete robbery and it seemed the managers and staff could care less The wifi was also very very bad I called reception and they said too many people were using it. The view from my room was also right across the road from an abandoned dumping ground full of rubbish and broken glass and who knows what else. I simply asked for my money back for the one night they put me in the wrong room and all they offered was to kick me out and pay me back in roughly one months time when the money would come through. Everywhere else I stayed in Da Nang was lovely and nice and much cheaper HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT STAY HERE!!! The hotel also has two names!? I asked what and they said it was due to new management but most likely the previous name had so many bad reviews that they had to change names The place was a complete scam The door to my room couldn’t really even open. Most likely due to so much swelling from the leaking water that the wood had swollen and you could not open the door The walls were so disgusting it looked like someone split coffee months ago and it was never cleaned The mattress was also on top of a hard metal sheet which made the bed feel rock solid They also have no signs for room service requests, or privacy nothing! This place is one star motel at best
