The staff was kind to us, but the room was not very clean. It smelled like it hadn’t been opened for a while, as there was dust, and in the corner next to the curtain, there was a spiderweb. The soap in the bathroom was empty, and early in the morning, the area in front of our room was very noisy.

Mauvaise pioche! Nous avions choisi cette pension pour ses nombreuses références. L’hôtel est charmant, bien située, et l’accueil soigné. Les chambres -petites- sont modernes, récemment rénovées et très propres. Nous avons réservé 2 nuits sur place. Mais le premier matin, nous avons été réveillés à 7h par le bruit: les propriétaires ayant décidé de rénover et casser les murs de la pièce au dessous de nous. Marteau piqueur, coups de massue, musique et cris des ouvriers… du coup impossible de dormir! Nous avons alors compris pourquoi nous étions les seuls clients de l’hôtel. Impossible de négocier un départ anticipé: 2 nuits étant réservées d’avance nous avons dû rester et subir la même chose le lendemain matin. A peine des excuses, pas un geste commercial quand la lessive faite sur place était facturée 2 fois plus chère qu’ailleurs. Quel dommage.

Its raining season when we arrive Hoi An, and even flood around the area. But the owner provide a great service to us, and they are very friendly too.
