    This is the worst hotel i’ve ever been to, the customer service is awful, the lady in the check in was yelling at me because she didn’t find my booking and wanted me to pay twice even that i showed her the receipt and booking and confirmation codes, she said we don’t work with apps and sites, which is a lie, so much ignorance.
