金江海悅酒店（大連西安路地鐵站店） (Jinjiang Haiyue Hotel)

酒店位置很好，出行吃飯都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品柔軟睡得很舒服。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房速度很快。衞生做得特別到位，洗漱用品齊全，整體環境安靜舒適，性價比很高，入住體驗特別好，下次還會選擇這家推薦給大家。

服務非常周到 很熱情，在西安路地鐵站路口 ，交通業非常的方便，非常不錯的一次居住體驗，樓下有超市，想吃啥隨時下來

衞生：床單，馬桶不乾淨 設施：老舊，空調限制溫度 服務：前台經理和酒店經理態度差 地理位置還是便利的，走個幾百米就可以到地鐵站。

호텔 서비스를 그닥 이용하지 않아 서비스는 잘 모르겠습니다. 하지만 위치와 가격이 모든 걸 상쇄하네요. 아... 단점으로 복도에서 담배 냄새가 좀 납니다. 청소문제가 아니라 실내에서 흡연하는 게 밖으로 나오는 것 같네요. 금연객실 요청해서 배정받았는데 실내는 괜찮았습니다.

Upon check in, I was given a windowless room (hotel description was for "city view" with no menton of windowless rooms), and, when asked to be moved to a window room, the hotel demanded that such a room would cost 3x more per night (¥588 scribbled on a piece of paper by the younger of the 2 receptionists - a typical bait-and-switch scheme at unscrupulous outfits). After a tiring couple of hours at the lobby trying to resolve this matter in hot and humid weather, I decided to stay put in the windowless room. Newly looking for another hotel room elsewhere portended even more hassles and delays after the older receptionist suddenly claimed there no longer were any more rooms available. Worst - completely unable have mobile connection or use internet inside room. Terrible - wanton 'open room door policy' with loud shoutings and conversations between and among occupants in different rooms across the floor, kids screaming and running around and banging on my door to 11 p.m. and starting from 6 a.m. (throughout nearly week-long stay). When you politely complain, people don't listen or respond. Minimal staff with only one 1 or 2 at the front desk (often none even visible) and zero room cleaning (junk stuff on room floor upon check in and throughout stay). The usual daily room settings do get done (water bottles, new towels, toothbrushes, emptied trash bin). No security or other personnel. 2nd floor restaurant is in half asleep mode in p.m. with lights on but no visible staffing. Good - Excellent working air conditioner, hot water shower, Lawson's in lobby selling ice cold beverages, and convenient location. Even at this low price range, this is among the worst hotel room, service and business practice I have encountered in China (hotel never gave apologies). With this candid review, I hope the hotel management would see an opportunity to improve and see to preserving integrity of the good Jinjiang brand name.
