離大叻夜市很近，走路在附近逛小店很多。 離當地出名的連鎖按摩洗頭店sunny spa很近，走後面小路才幾分鐘。 早餐種類很多 酒店服務生都很熱情 有洗衣房真是太棒了 夜市的烤米紙和牛油果冰激凌都很好吃

有點類似國內升級版的全季，但是裝潢得更有品格更漂亮，服務也不錯，離夜市很近，周圍好吃的很多，非常。好的酒店，如果早知道這麼好會同時定同系列那個山景酒店了

酒店在一個小路的斜坡上，這個酒店價格算是貴的，到夜市需要走兩個下坡，大概8-10分鐘

房間45平方公尺，蠻大的！就是拖鞋不是一次性的，服務態度很好！

I had a wonderful stay at Signature The Central Da Lat by M Village! The location is unbeatable, just a 5 to 8-minute walk to Da Lat Market, making it incredibly easy to explore the area. Plus, getting a 20% discount on Grab rides to and from the hotel (I think it’s thanks to a partnership between M Village and Grab) was a fantastic added perk. The hotel is brand new, and it shows. My room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully decorated with an elegant touch. I also love the amenities provided, especially having access to washing machines and dryers on-site, a signature M Village standard I’ve come to appreciate since my previous stay at their Da Nang property. What really made the experience exceptional was the top-notch service. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Knowing my flight wasn't until late evening, they kindly offered me a complimentary late check-out at 3 PM instead of the standard 12 PM, which made my departure day so stress-free. A big shoutout to Ms. Huyền for her warmth and exceptional hospitality throughout my stay! Considering the prime location, room quality, and outstanding service, the price was surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Lat!

Absolutely loved it! Brand new hotel with the friendliest staff! If you are looking for a place to stay in Da Lat, just book this hotel (at 11 Phan Nhu Thach). It’s amazing and totally worth the money! *Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile. Big thanks to the front desk team who were incredibly cheerful and welcoming from check-in until the moment we got into our car to leave. Special shout-out to Mr. Tu for being so helpful and sweet! *Price: Very reasonable price for such a premium experience. 11/10! I will definitely come back next time I’m in Da Lat!

Очень стильный отель. Вкусные завтраки. Брать номер с окном смысла нет, вид во внутренний двор. Очень понравился этаж с бильярдом и джакузи, там же есть еще сауна. Самым неожиданным и приятным оказалось наличие стиральной и сушильной машины на том же этаже, гель для стирки бесплатный. Персонал очень дружелюбный.

Recently stayed here after an overnight bus journey, and the experience fell drastically short of what a 5-star property should deliver. 1. Delayed Check-in: Official check-in time is 2:00 PM, but our room wasn’t ready even after 2:00 PM – we were made to wait while already exhausted from the bus ride. 2. Quiet Room Request Ignored: I explicitly noted "room away from elevator" in both the booking form and advance email (to ensure sleep after the long journey). Yet we were assigned a room directly facing the elevator, with constant noise disrupting rest. When we called to complain, staff promised a room change the next day – this never materialized. 3. Birthday Arrangement Failure: I emailed in advance to notify a birthday celebration, and received a reply confirming they’d note this. Upon arrival, absolutely nothing was arranged or acknowledged. 4. Unresponsive Communication: I added a staff member on WeChat prior to arrival for coordination – messages regarding room issues and requests were entirely ignored. For a hotel branding itself as 5-star, failing to honor basic pre-arrival commitments, delaying check-in, and providing zero responsive communication is unacceptable. Would not recommend to travelers seeking reliable service or a peaceful stay.
