Absolutely loved it! Brand new hotel with the friendliest staff! If you are looking for a place to stay in Da Lat, just book this hotel (at 11 Phan Nhu Thach). It’s amazing and totally worth the money! *Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile. Big thanks to the front desk team who were incredibly cheerful and welcoming from check-in until the moment we got into our car to leave. Special shout-out to Mr. Tu for being so helpful and sweet! *Price: Very reasonable price for such a premium experience. 11/10! I will definitely come back next time I’m in Da Lat!

Recently stayed here after an overnight bus journey, and the experience fell drastically short of what a 5-star property should deliver. 1. Delayed Check-in: Official check-in time is 2:00 PM, but our room wasn’t ready even after 2:00 PM – we were made to wait while already exhausted from the bus ride. 2. Quiet Room Request Ignored: I explicitly noted "room away from elevator" in both the booking form and advance email (to ensure sleep after the long journey). Yet we were assigned a room directly facing the elevator, with constant noise disrupting rest. When we called to complain, staff promised a room change the next day – this never materialized. 3. Birthday Arrangement Failure: I emailed in advance to notify a birthday celebration, and received a reply confirming they’d note this. Upon arrival, absolutely nothing was arranged or acknowledged. 4. Unresponsive Communication: I added a staff member on WeChat prior to arrival for coordination – messages regarding room issues and requests were entirely ignored. For a hotel branding itself as 5-star, failing to honor basic pre-arrival commitments, delaying check-in, and providing zero responsive communication is unacceptable. Would not recommend to travelers seeking reliable service or a peaceful stay.
