We paid extra for this hotel despite being outside of town and more expensive then other options for the pool which you can see from the pictures is filthy whe I tried to complain to staff both days they couldn't care less reception sits on thier phones all day ignoring you and just looked me in the eyes both time said pool's dirty it's raining so we can't clean it - hadn't been any rain whole time I've been here and the pool clearly hasn't been cleaned in a while the rooms also have no sound proofing all 3 of us couldn't sleep each night as all we could hear was people in the hallways until 30th am every night being very loud wouldn't recommend this place at all is a total rip off and refused to give us a refund on our 2 nd night even though we were happy to leave as it was so awful!!

Hi recently I went to Dalat for the 10th Dalat Flower Festival. I stay at TTR Skypool View Hotel from 3rd to 8th Dec 2024. It is near the centre market and the lake where the festival was held. The weather is cold in morning and night with cool wind in the afternoon. Beautiful flowers and scenery. Overall cleanliness of the hotel and room is very clean. Would recommend this clean and safe hotel to tourists.

Если говорить про этот отель то этот отель очень ужасный там куча плесени мы оттуда сбежали как посмотрели номер но проблема в том то что было суббота и мы не могли отменить номер и когда мы пришли уже регистрацию нам сказали что наш номер отдали другим и сказали вы можете это заплатить сумму и мы вас переселим Поэтому они предоставили нам другой отель за дополнительную сумму а этот отель с плесенью

不知道是不是因為沒給小費的原因，被安排在一層的角落，無窗且衞生間與臥室都沒有門，整個房間陰暗潮濕有點像監獄，好像連著員工宿舍，非常吵鬧，與圖片嚴重不符。不是很推薦

環境好，房間很大，有個陽台，就是床硬，被子薄，床單上有點汙漬，沒有越南摩託車不會出租給摩託車

Room was great, however online it states the room has a balcony & aircon which it did not. Overall really good location & the room was very comfortable. The pool is on level 2 not level 4 like we were told.
