員工服務態度很好，主動幫忙搬運行李上下樓，但是衛生清潔不到位，例如被單上多處遺留毛髮、汙漬，房間裡時不時有小蟑螂，隔音也差，能聽到隔壁的說話聲音，令我不能休息好。 所以預算充足的朋友就不要選這一家了。
