La personne a l'accueil ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais et ne savait pas se servir d'un traducteur.Elle nous a donné une chambre. Vers 20 h h on toque à notre porte. C'est la patronne qui nous dit que cette chambre coûte plus cher. Elle comprend qu'on y est pour rien et nous fait déménager dans une autre chambre alors que nous étions déjà bien installés ! Pas le mot d'excuse. On nous coupe la lumière en nous demandant de rendre la clef. Pas d'aide pour le déménagement. Je déconseille cet hôtel. La salle d'eau n'est pas de prime jeunesse avec des joints de carrelage noirs.

Good value for money, although I would have preferred to pay a little less. Check-in was a bit tricky — the reception window is very small, which makes communication difficult. The room was clean, well equipped, and had plenty of amenities. Nothing more to add — just a practical place for a short stay. I could park my bike in the corridor. Traveling the world by bike 🚴🌏 — sharing my stops and impressions on lebraquetdelaliberte

We are cycle touring and had difficulty finding the Hotel Elegance, mostly from our own ignorance as once we did locate the hotel it was lit up for all to see.  Sadly we had a medical emergency which detracted from our stay however the staff were wonderfully helpful and we are very appreciative!
