I recently stayed at Citadines DPulze Cyberjaya and had a comfortable and convenient experience. The location is excellent—right above the DPulze Shopping Centre, which makes access to food, shopping, and basic necessities incredibly easy. The studio apartment was clean, well-equipped with a kitchenette, and had a cozy workspace, which was great for both relaxation and work. Staff were polite and responsive, and check-in was smooth. The building also felt secure, with keycard access to the rooms and elevators. While the facilities like the gym and pool were adequate, they could use a little refresh. Housekeeping was regular but could be more thorough in some areas. Overall, it’s a great option for business travelers or short-term stays in Cyberjaya, offering good value and a strategic location.

Stayed at Citadines DPulze Cyberjaya — great location for a solo traveller, right next to the mall with lots of food options. Room is spacious and comfy, staff are friendly. Cleanliness okay but can be better. Overall, convenient and safe for a short stay.

I stayed for one night in the Studio Executive room and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable for a short stay. The bed was cozy and the atmosphere was peaceful. What stood out most was the air-conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept the room very cold, which was perfect for a good night’s rest. The hotel is conveniently located within the DPulze Shopping Centre, making it easy to find food, essentials, or just walk around without needing to go far. Overall, this was a pleasant and worthwhile stay. I’d definitely consider coming back for future visits. Highly recommended for solo travellers or couples looking for a simple and relaxing place to stay.

For parking: it is RM5 for a day. For breakfast : please take note it is a packed food (no drink) (it mentioned in the website) , not buffet style. The breakfast quality is below average (lack of variety choice, for example, it is just a fried rice + egg h sausage, no fruit included, no real meat, small portion). So, please think twice before u choose room with "breakfast option". You can see the breakfast picture attached. Room: generally clean.

Good location for exploring Cyberjaya and Putrajaya at an affordable price. Convenient access to De Pulze and nearby eateries. However, the cleanliness of our room was lacking, visible stains on the toilet seat, and the room seems dusty. We had KGB burger for dinner and it was ok.

The hotel was excellent. The receptionist was very attentive and upgraded our room to a bigger one. It had all the amenities in the room. Iron board, hair dryer, stove and more. But one minus point for the room which has no air conditioner but they provided fan. Probably their air conditioner was on maintenance during our stay. But overall will stay again!
