Ha sido, sin duda, el mejor hotel en el que he estado. El trato recibido fue excepcional, con un personal muy amable y siempre pendiente de cada detalle. El alojamiento es precioso y todo en el hotel está cuidado con muchísimo mimo. Lo recomendaré a todo el mundo. Inmejorable experiencia.

從馬丘比丘回來火車晚點到酒店已經是晚上10點了，一進門就感受到暖暖的，夜床鋪好還有熱水袋，這是這一路睡的最香的一晚，酒店裝修的非常有格調，早餐自助餐，也可以單點，咖啡也非常好喝，推薦！

La Casona Antigua de Cusco fait partie de ces très rares adresses qui marquent un parcours d'hôte. Un véritable havre de paix, à la fois élégant et apaisant, préservé du rythme de la ville. L’accueil y est tout simplement fabuleux. L’équipe pousse le sens de l’hospitalité à un niveau remarquable : à l'occasion de mon anniversaire, j'ai eu le droit à des attentions particulièrement délicates et un surclassement qui ont rendu ce moment inoubliable. Un grand merci à toute cette équipe si chaleureuse. La chambre est en tout point parfaite, alliant confort absolu et charme authentique. Quant au restaurant, qui assure également le petit-déjeuner, l'expérience y est excellente du début à la fin. Pour avoir fréquenté de nombreux établissements, celui-ci laisse un souvenir exceptionnel. Une adresse magistrale.

A charming small boutique hotel that truly exceeds expectations. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay, with only a minor issue related to room cleaning. The room was beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches such as special teas and warm water bottles in the bed. Breakfast was included and presented in a unique and enjoyable way, making it feel special compared to standard hotel breakfasts. We also enjoyed a very good dinner at the hotel. Exceptional value for money. The location is ideal—on a quiet, narrow side street with little traffic, away from tourist crowds yet close enough to walk to most attractions. Highly recommended.
