Highlights: - awesome service at the breakfast by Gustavo, very nice guy making great tapioca - location is great, everything near by (mall, bars, restaurants…) - lovely staff at the front desk Areas to improve: - horrible sleeping quality, uncomfortable bed, pillow and blanket (falls apart) - room service did not change towels, had to use wet towels again - air conditioning not working properly, so we could not heat the room Could not sleep more than 5 hours, would definitely not book it again.

Atendimento maravilhoso, todos os funcionários super prestativos, atendimento sempre com bom humor, sorridentes, quarto super aconchegante, piscina aquecida e café da manhã espetacular. ( melhor café de todos os hotéis que já fiquei) Podem reservar sem medo! devido à alguns comentários eu estava insegura da estadia… mas podem ficar tranquilos que a nota é 1000!
