الموظفين في قمة الاحترام والبشاشة يلبوا اي خدمه واي استفسار يطلبها النزيل بسرعه فائقه ، موقع الفندق في غايه الروعه واقعه على بحيرة جميلة تسمع صوت العصافير للاستجمام واخذ قسطا من الراحه بعيدا عن ضوضاء المدينه ولكن لابد ان يكون لديك سيارة للانتقال وعمل جولات لانها بعيده عن اماكن السياحيه لاتوجد بجوارها سوبرماركت او مطاعم  ، والفندق لديهم خدمة عمل الجولات ،،اشكر الموظفين على حسن الاستضافة

The resort environment is really beautiful and serene. It is located at the foot of the Cuc Phuong National Park. Even though the resort is Far away from the city and near the mountains but both Ms Anh from the Front office and Mr Steven (Guest Relations Manager) have been extremely helpful and informative and made us feel really at home. The resort is very big. There are several ways to go about. Either walking or renting bicycles or arranging for electric cars (buggy) The resort room is very neat, clean and tidy. The food is very tasty and very fresh.

Fantastic resort with amazing customer service ” We stayed in this resort for 4 nights and it was one of the best decisions. Lots of activities like hiking, free cycling, kayaking, swimming with beautiful views Special thanks to Mr Steven and Ms Anh for going an extra mile with Exceptional great customer service .

- check in ko có người bê hành lý, mọi người phải tự di chuyển hành lý của mình. - nước chào mừng không có sẵn, mình phải yêu cầu mới đem ra, lý do là hết nước. - đồ ăn sáng không đa dạng và không ngon. - phòng cách âm kém. Cống thoát nước bị tắc và hôi.

This place is really a mess up… Check in they don’t have any organization, we can’t stay lined up for check in, Asians guys they don’t have a good behavior that’s why nobody respects any line… Our room it was dirty with some mosquito, nails, and hair on the ground… Refrigerator was missing in our room… Swimming pool area don’t have any umbrella…they just have a big roof with some chairs and everyone stay there together without any privacy… Restaurant is totally Asian style, nothing western to eat… Breakfast the quality of the products is really so poor

The service is good, but the hotel is definitely not a five-star. The building was quite old, and two of the showerheads were not working. The location is not ideal if you want to go on a Trang An boat excursion or visit Tam Coc. The food was average. The only good thing is the service—they try their best to help you if you have any issues. My thanks go to Anh, who provided excellent service.

Mặc dù chưa hoàn thiện. Siêu thị nhỏ ít đồ và hơi mắc. Có thể do trên núi cao. Nhưng cảnh đẹp yên tĩnh.
