The room is not user friendly, too small and the toilet is too old.  After the shower you cannot go back to use  toilet again.  Because the toilet has no shower curtain and wet.  No daily cleaning and change towel unless you pay the extra fee.

Front desk staff were friendly and professional. The room was small with no extras like a kettle etc, but it was adequate and the beds and shower/toilet were clean. This is a budget hotel conveniently located for East Croydon station, with a small supermarket just across the street and a large shopping centre 10 minutes away on foot.

If you want something cheap and cheerful with walking distance to train station this might be a relevant option. However please note that if you book under 6 days they will not clean the room or change bedsheets unless you pay a daily charge of £15.00. I also would like to highlight the rooms are ridiculously small with no shelves or storage space to put your items. The showers has this annoying loop system where it will will be hot for a minute then cold.

The rooms are very small, and the bathroom hot water is not working. There are no coffee facilities inside the rooms. Very expensive for nothing. I stayed at Holidaying Express, which had very good facilities for a reasonable rate.

這個酒店啥也沒有，連張桌子都沒有，我們的水杯都要放到地上。不能燒水，三點鐘才能入房，如果提前的話，要交20英鎊一個小時，十點鐘就必須退房，如果推遲了也是交20英鎊一個小時，我還以為這是個黑店，然後晚上那個報警器響了兩次，也不知道是什麼原因，嚇得要死，因為房間實在是太小了，左右之間的隔音也特別不好。除了有兩張床可以洗澡之外，其他所有的設施都沒有的。
