Great location to explore the area nearby. The hotel looked fairly clean. There is no noise coming from the main road. The quality of the breakfast food is average, but even if it was a breakfast buffet, it was nice to get table service from the restaurant staff.

Amazing service at reception. Had a slight issue with the room booked through 訂房網站, so the hotel provided free breakfast as a bonus (breakfast buffet was fantastic!). Room was clean and comfortable, but very difficult to hold a WiFi connection in the room (had to stand in the bathroom to get any usable WiFi). Had a good stay and would recommend to other West Highland Way walkers looking to treat themselves to a hotel stay on the way.

The room was large and clean and the front desk reception was pleasant and helpful. The hotel lounge and dining areas were large and bright. The decor was drab and dated with extensive use of ugly carpet and wallpaper everywhere. The bizarre shower mixing valve arrangement resulted in the bath tub filling up very fast when taking a shower. The pivoting glass shower door/deflector arrangement made it difficult to impossible to keep shower spray from ending up on the bathroom floor. The bathroom door had no proper handle/latch/lock for privacy and was only held closed with a magnet. Finding parking was a horror story. All regular spots were taken and what was left was utter chaos. Everyone else had just improvised and parked wherever they could find a spot along the drive, on the grass etc... Wi-Fi did not work throughout the ENTIRE stay. The reception staff indicated that the router was likely "overloaded". They reset the router but it didn't help. There were no physical LAN drops in the room either. We paid 20 pounds for a breakfast that was at first non-existent (buffet style - almost empty to empty warmers). When we entered the dining area there were few people but many...most tables covered with dirty dishes, cutlery etc...After an extended wait food trickled out. In the mean time we had to search for the coffee (INSTANT coffee made en-masse). The actual food offerings were ok once they appeared but many items were reheated pre-packaged items and there were almost no heathy (fruit, plain yogurt etc...) options.

As I entered my room, I noticed that the waste bin was full and obviously had forgotten to be emptied, but this was remedied very quickly
