I stayed for the second time in a month at ibis Styles Gatwick. I chose this again over others because of the accessibility; public buses (4/5/100) to and from Gatwick airport, and HB1 Airport shuttle, affordable price, clean and cozy rooms, wonderful and pocket-friendly breakfast. I would definitely choose it for the third time as well.

The signage to the shuttle bus stop was not clear at Gatwick airport. The bus schedule could not be found in advance. It’s better if the connection service could be improved. The auto check-in machine didn’t work and we finally found the staff to do it. The room was clean and the size was good.

Great hotel however dreadful noise early morning from the building site next door! We arrived in the middle of the night from a flight so really needed to sleep! Not that close to Gatwick either for a middle of the night transfer but there is a shuttle bus during the day . Was offered late check out as an apology but we’d already left.

第二天一早的飛機 所以選擇了這家酒店 在機場可以做公交車到達 趕早上的飛機的 可以考慮這裡 因為蓋特機場比較偏遠 所以可以考慮住到機場附近

1. 從機場到酒店，坐公交15分鐘到，可以坐100和一個酒店門口的巴士，很快 2. 一早4點出發，酒店前台還會幫忙打包一些乾糧 3. 有機場shuttle bus，5英鎊，需要的可以去看看時間

位置偏僻 還是要靠公車接駁車才可以到鄰近火車站還有機場 櫃檯服務大多友善 但在我寄放行李後要取行李時 有位服務人員問我說行李是被存放在哪（這個服務員跟我一開始存放行李的服務員不一樣 所以我以為他們只有一個存放點） 我就回答我不知道 應該就你們的存放室吧 然後她就臉稍臭的帶我去了A存放室 沒有看到我的行李 我就說應該是另個存放室吧 她竟然臉更臭還蠻凶嗆我說 看吧這就是為什麼我剛要問妳吧 感覺在指責我沒聽懂她的話 還一臉很看不起我的樣子（應該是歧視吧畢竟我是亞洲人）重點是行李存放室離飯店大門有段距離 我有五個大行李箱吧 她一點也沒有要幫忙的意思 就冷眼在旁邊看我慢慢分次推到門口⋯⋯

總體來説還是不錯的。位置離Gatwick機場不遠，交通方便，有多趟公交車可直達，注意上下車都要刷卡，這在英國不多見。 房間比較小，不出預期。但乾乾淨淨，隔音尚可，適用於趕飛機者提前住到機場附近。 英式早餐中規中矩。

Accessible via shuttle buses from Gatwick Airport to Crawley (£3 or £5 depending on which bus stop). Room was clean with necessary amenities. It's rather small and basic though, there's not a lot of storage space or countertop for you to organize your items. Fine for an overnight stay.
