Great service. staff members were helpful and kind. The three different ladies at the reception that I interacted with during my stay were fantastic. One even provided a heater in my room as I was so cold. Food at the restaurant was excellent too.

런던에서 아니, 영국에서 제 일깨끗하고 그들은 가장 친절해!!! 욕실 커텐,흰 실리콘,욕실 모서리 곰팡이는 어디에도 없었어!!! 정말 청소하시는분들이 존경스러워. 위치는찾기어려웠다. 꼭 자동차나 택시를 추천할게. 대중교통은 절대로 이용하지말것. 직원들은 체크인 체크아웃할때 모두 친절, 인종차별도없었어!!! 이곳에 오기전에 우리는 같은 4성급호텔에 머물렀었는데 정말 이곳과 비교됐어, 이곳은 거의모든것이 5성급에 가까워!!! 이곳을 매우적극추천해.내가만약 영국에다시온다면 무조건 여기서 꼭다시 머물거야!!

位置還是比較方便的，但是從蓋特維克機場打車過去居然要30磅，雖然是奔馳，感覺有點不划算，酒店衹有2層，本來以為這幾年才開的應該設施會比較新，但是一些接口都沒有，看上去應該是很早就有估計翻新的房間，本來就是趕第二天一早的飛機，也就湊合事了

We all loved the hotel. Especially its cleanliness and comfortable beds. And also just 15minutes to Gatwick Airport. Great hotel and location. Will definitely stay there again.

有車的話還是可以的，但是開過去也要一刻鐘。沒車的話不建議。太遠了，設施有點老，停車15鎊過夜，不便宜的。

너무 숲속을 따라 안 쪽으로 등어가야 해서 찾아가기가 어렵습니다. 런던 시내로 나오기도 어렵습니다ㅠ

酒店很大很乾凈，設施比較齊全，周邊環境很安靜，離機場也不遠，我們開車從白崖過來，晚上到的酒店，這裡的停車場很大，非常適合開車出來的朋友。非常推薦這裡。

Great hotel for Gatwick. Handy having a nuffeild gym next door if you are a member, if not buy or download a day pass. Beds really comfy. Parking on site. Never tried the bars or restaurant.

Safe car park on arrival, just tap in your car registration at the reception on arrival and pay for your parking. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Free wifi. Beautiful room. Clean and tidy with coffee and tea making facilities. Lovely complimentary shower and hand wash and shampoo. Comfy bed. Quiet hotel in quiet setting a little away from the main road. Idea location not far from Gatwick airport. Will definitely be back. Thanks again for a great stay.
