Do not stay at this hotel. First off the room is not clean, and the mattress needs to be replaced. The mattress was in a U shape and extremely uncomfortable. Anytime we approach the front desk we were looked at like we were bothering them. On the second night I was walking out of the bathroom and the AC cover fell and hit me on top of my head resulting in an injury. We reported it immediately to management that night, no injury report was made or even an apology. Due to this reason, we decided to cut our stay short and switch hotels. Upon check out, I was instructed to sign a form staying our departure was in no way fault of the resort. I refused and wrote what actually happened. No refund for the nights we didn’t stay have been credited back to my card. If you are thinking about staying here, please look elsewhere. You will be thankful you did.

Mucho cuidado, es el peor hotel de cozumel El peor vacaciones de mi vida. Comida horrible tragos horrible. El dia que llegas no puedes hacer reservacion para el unico restaurante bonito porque hay que ser reservaciones antes de las 12 y el check in es alas 3. Al siguente dia me toco el restaurante bien, 45mins en el restaurante y nadie se me acerco aver si queria algo de tomar. Mamdo a llamar el capitan jaime y le digo y me dice ya vine y ni asi me trajo algo ni me ofrecio algo de tomar...una hora u cuarto despues me trean un carne que ni a mi perro se lo daria... no hagan el mismo error que yo en reservar este hotel!!!!!!!!! Desdel primer dia que llegamos habia calsetas sucias colgadas en el baño. Se aviso al gerente y hasta eñ dia que no fuimos hay siguen los calsetas

The resort is old and Rusty. But with that said, you can still have a great time.  We were with a group of friends who vacation  for 5 weeks.  The staff takes great care of them.  Food options very limited, with only the buffet and one restaurant on site.  Last few days the seaweed was unbelievable,  pitch forks and carts were not enough.

Me dieron mi habitación en el área vieja y por consiguiente mi estadía no fue la mejor, el aire acondicionado no servía, las sábanas estaban sucias y mandé mensaje a 訂房網站.com que fue donde compré mi hospedaje y no resolvieron nada
