這個酒店的地理位置很好。但是設施有些陳舊，房間的空間比較較大，綜合價格來説的話，還是比較划算的選擇，如果要坐大巴車很方便

是一家比較傳統的裝潢不算太新的老酒店，但是房間非常大，特別是價格也不貴，呃，這個價格的話，我在倫敦住的房間非常小，但是這裡我住的這個房間是我在英國住過最大的一個房間

I had such a pleasant experience at Britannia Hotel Coventry.The check in was smooth and the staff made me feel welcome .My room was spacious,tidy,and very comfortable.The Hotel is in a great location just a short walk from Coventry city centre. Everything about my stay was Convenient and relaxing.I would definitely stay again.

We spent a very uncomfortable 3 nights in the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable with the springs of the mattress sticking into your skin. We had to lay a blanket on the bed for a bit of softness. The rooms didn't have an intercom to communicate with the lobby. Our room was not cleaned throughout our stay, no fresh towels, no toilet rolls, and no fresh linen for the bed. Even when we asked and dropped our keys, nobody bothered to clean. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. I would definitely not recommend it to a friend! The only good thing was breakfast.

The view and location was nice. But I’m not happy with the fire alarm that woke me up in the middle of the night. There was no fire. The alarm was on and off several times! Didn’t have a good night sleep unfortunately

Room is great size and has all the basic amenities you'll need in a three star hotel. It's clean and definitely updated compared to how it used to look years ago. Unfortunately, there's no AC, bed is a bit smaller compared to standard hotel. Bathroom was leaking when showering. Tap needs greasing as it was a bit stiff to lift. W/C flush needs fixing so it flushes properly. WiFi was very slow and intermittent. The reception area as well as the building exterior unfortunately still looks tired and dated still after so many years. I wish they'd repaint it as it's next to the bus station. Also, the breakfast food were overcooked. Bacon, chewy, hash brown looks likes cooked in used oil as it's so brown rather than golden colour. The brown bread taste bitter. The coffee wasn't nice either. I think it's time that Britannia invest in modernising their Coventry City centre chain. .

位置在市中心，去什麼地方都很方便，房間大，走廊光猛。服務員態度很好，因為酒店歷史悠久，設施較舊，有90年代英式感覺，只是wifi信號較弱。

房間比較大，價格還行，前台服務員熱情，在市中心，前面是汽車總站，交通方便，後面是旅遊景點，考文垂大教堂。附近是城市商業中心，早餐英式早餐，都一樣。缺點是離火車站較遠。走過去15到20分鐘。

性價比很高的酒店，服務超級好，特別衞生乾淨，周邊交通極為便利，離市中心各大超市很近，對面就是大巴車站，去哪裡都方便，美中不足的是設施太老舊很不好使！

酒店房間裡的隔音 不太好 因為會聽到外面汽車聲音和 凌晨兩點至五點，聽到鳥兒唱歌的聲音 因為這間酒店最高的樓層是七樓 我住在五樓比較好， 因為服務員第一次編排房間比我時， 7樓711房號，還要是最尾的房間 當你進入七樓711房， 你會看見好汙糟，有大量吸菸的味道 當時我沒有影相，立即去反映， 我已經購買酒店時， 在備註註明：不要角落的房間， 我是四點鐘來check in 為什麼要比一間尾房我， 當向職員投訴的 職員立即更換了五樓近樓梯位置， 就是以下的照片裡的五樓房間 比較乾淨，沒有煙味的，我覺得合適， 酒店的早餐，非常豐富， 我訂購時，酒店送了兩個免費早餐給我
