Not a bad little stay, the staff are fantastic but the outside of the hotel hides the clean and tidy inside. Worth a stay but not for to long.

The first room 114 i was allocated to was not ready at 15:40. Towels on the floor and beds not made. I was allocated to another room after returning to reception to report the situation with room 114. Are rooms not checked before guests arrive. Just a thought.

All the staff were lovely and very helpful. The duty manager Bernie is outstanding in meeting customer's needs. Great place to stay.

The room was clean. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. Service is minimal, and there are no facilities to speak of. That said, it was cheap.

It was nice and peaceful, no smokers but not much view from the 1st floor room I was in. Otherwise great stay. SDly I took no photos. I hope people will like my review and believe my scoring.

Everything was superb except for smokers where I thought it's non smoking area. I fed back to the staff the rest of my concerns.
