酒店在M6路旁，交通方便，房間非常清潔，睡床舒適，前台工作人員非常友善，遺憾是租住房在一樓，沒有電梯，搬行李有點麻煩

Basic but very clean and comfortable. We requested a quiet room and were given a room at the end of the building. Location is obviously not quiet but very convenient for anybody wanting just an easy stopover point on a long journey.

We enjoy coming to this location. It is out of the way, which gives us some good 'personal' time, we always have a warm welcome and there are plenty of facilities nearby. Two points that you may wish to address are the prices in the service station food area. (1) Can hotel guests not have a discount voucher as we aren't the 'transient' customer the services are priced to provide for. (2) To get to/from Nuneaton/Coventry means there is a long circuitous route around the M6 in one direction (or the other); depending which side we park on. Is it not possible to allow hotel guests permission to use you "secret" access road directly to the adjacent bridge over the M6, rather than needing a 15 mile round 訂房網站 to get anywhere?

It’s was absolutely terrible because of a misunderstanding while booking the hotel in the first place,, by mistake it was booked some how on 24 April to 25 April 2024 But it’s should’ve been on 25 April to 26 April 2024 So basically when we were arriving and explained to 訂房網站.com who called them but they didn’t do anything thing about it and my money was wasted and I had to do a new booking.,,, Even when 訂房網站.com tried to to help and negotiate with the hotel they were very unhelpful and didn’t consider the unfortunate unintentional error due to which the whole issue had arisen and shown no understanding or compassion. The room we were given was fairly clean but there was a very loud noisy fan in the bathroom which was very annoying, we asked for it to be fixed and luckily after the maintenance man tried for a while he eventually fixed it and it was quite. The staff in general were not very helpful. The breakfast was another issue as you had to go a totally different place on the opposite side of the motorway over a bridge which was a big problem for my disabled mother as there were no lifts.Overall I would not be using this hotel again unless there was no other option.

This hotel was average. The room was clean but lacked any special amenities or decor that would make it stand out. The staff were polite but seemed indifferent to guests' needs. Overall, the experience was satisfactory but not memorable.

Every time I come to Coventry for duties it’s it’s the best place on a low budget . Free parking , pet acceptance with 15£ and still basic things are in the room. Definitely bed , pillow etc are of the lowest quality but still acceptable for 1-2 cheap nights.
