Made the horrible mistake of booking this place as it was close to my kids uni. Only reason. The place was dark, dingy and I couldn’t find an entrance in the dark on my wheelchair for a while . It took ages for someone to pick their phone. To myVery off putting, rude, discourteous staff. Would never recommend it and have no idea why it’s on this app. It is the main reason I left this app and took all my friends with me. The agent Sheila on the phone handling the matter sounded like it was her first day.. like she was reading from a manual and had no reasoning skills to navigate an otherwise stressful ordeal.. had no empathy . 訂房網站 and this hotel cared nothing about service or the client experience, they were more interested in the money. Luckily double tree was open . Please don’t make the mistake. Keep moving forward. I never do reviews and had used this app for a while as one of my holiday comparison apps. This wasn’t one bad experience; it was a horrible one met with zero empathy, concern and professionalism.

It was nice

Was a nice place in abit of a rough area but was still fine. The room was really hot which you couldn’t change and being on the bottom floor we didn’t want to keep the window open. Would have possibly stayed again but the £100 deposit you have to send before your stay they don’t send back even though they said they would. I made sure the room was mostly clean and that it would just be the standard cleaning that the cleaners had to do between each guest so I could get my deposit back but after many messages and calls they won’t send it back they just keep saying they don’t have my details even after sending it multiple times. Seemed abit weird that we have to send a deposit but as no other reviews had this issue I trusted it but if you need that money back DO NOT SEND IT.
