維多利亞住宅公寓 (CovStays – Victoria House - Deluxe Studios in Coventry City Centre)

Very helpful, and communication was excellent. I got a little confused about the deposit but was happy to sort it at the hotel, and the room was a nice size with excellent facilities. The bed was a small double, so best to bear in mind if booking. Would definitely stop again.

Suitable for short stay and needing of extra facilities such as kitchen, microwave, fridge, basic kitchen utensils and en suite bathroom. Iron and small iron board was provided in room even though it was not part of the room facilities. There is also a self service-laundry in the building, with laundry pods provided. The WIFI and Netflix provided was a big plus! The building manager is very friendly and hospitable. Thank you for an excellent stay.

ข้อดี - ห้องสะอาด อุปกรณ์ทำอาหาร ( หม้อ กระทะ มีด ) และจานชามมีหมด กาต้มน้ำ ชา กาแฟ น้ำตาลใส่โหลให้กินฟรี พร้อมอยู่ได้เลย - หมอน 2 ใบ / ตู้+ไม้แขวนเสื้อ 4 อัน / ผ้าเช็ดตัว / สบู่ ยาสระผม / สบู่ล้างมือ - ในห้องน้ำมี heater แต่ไม่ร้อนเท่าไร แต่ heater ในห้องอุ่น-ร้อน แต่ตัดเองบ่อย ต้องปิดแล้วเปิดใหม่ - ฝากกระเป๋าได้ แจ้งที่พักก่อน / ในห้องมีตู้เสื้อผ้า โต๊ะเขียนหนังสือ และตู้เหล็กเก็บของ - จากที่พัก 100 เมตร มีร้าน go local ของคนอินเดียเปิด 7.00-1.00 - จากที่พัก เดินไป 5 นาที มี mall เล็กๆ มีเกือบทุกอย่าง Aldi, Food Factory, boots, furniture, บางอย่างของถูกกว่า tesco อีก - เดินไป 15 นาทีถึงใจกลาง Coventry - มีที่จอดรถหน้าที่พัก และด้านหลังจอดได้ 10 กว่าคัน ข้อเสีย - จองห้อง 305 ( 18 ตรม.) สำหรับ 2 คน แต่ที่พักให้ห้อง 206 ( 12 ตรม. ) แทน เล็กมาก อ้างว่าห้องเต็ม อีกคนจึงมาพักด้วยไม่ได้ ที่พักบอกถ้าวันต่อไปมีห้องว่างจะย้ายให้ แต่รื้อของออกมาแล้ว ขี้เกียจแพคใหม่ เลยทนอยู่ต่อ 3 คืน ที่พักไม่ชดเชยอะไร แต่ทริปดูแลดีมาก ให้ชดเชยเป็น coin ที่โดนเปลี่ยนห้องกระทันหัน และยกเลิกให้ถ้าไม่พักต่อ - ห้อง 206 อยู่ตรงข้ามกับห้องซักผ้า คนเข้า-ออก ได้ยินหมด เพราะประตูห้องทุกบานตั้งปิดดัง ปิดเบาไม่ได้ - ที่เป่าผมมีให้ยืม / ไม่มีแปรงสีฟัน / ไม่มีลิฟท์ / มี 3 ชั้น ชั้นละประมาณ 10 ห้อง - จ-ศ จะมี พนง. อยู่แค่ 9.30 -16.30 ถ้าเช็คอิน ส-อา ไม่มี พนง. ต้องกดโค้ดรับกุญแจหน้าประตูเอง - ห้อง 206 ระบบ sink ล้างจาน จะมีเสียงดังแกร็กๆเป็นช่วงๆ ชักโครกจะมีเสียงน้ำหยดตลอดเวลา ทำให้นอนไม่ค่อยหลับ

非常滿意，酒店很乾近，網絡也好用，價格也很合理，下次過來一定還住這裡，這裡的管家也特別的好，非常愉快的旅行

環境，廚具設備都清潔，下次到訪都會再次租住

酒店整體環境很棒，屋內設施很全，電視可以連Netflix看電影，尤其是做飯很方便。衞生間非常乾淨，房間隔音很好，晚上睡覺完全沒有噪音。出門也很方便，走5分鐘就是火車站，總體感覺很滿意，物有所值～

The stay was excellent and like always Victoria house was a nice stay place.

服務不錯，看到有3個大箱子，主動問給從3樓換到1樓。

非常好。工作人員非常熱情。一切都有條不紊。
