ベネチアからバスでコルティナダンペッツオに來ました。街のシンボルである教會前がバス停だったので、ホテルまで徒歩2分、メイン通りまで徒歩2分、トファーナゴンドラまで徒歩15分、オリンピックセンター(トレチーメ行きバス停)まで徒歩10分、最高の立地でした。公共交通機関を使ってドロミテを満喫されたい方にオススメです。お部屋からはトファーナ山塊がよく見えます。ちょっとお高くてもマウンテンビューをオススメします。お部屋にポット、お茶セットなどがないこと、朝食が7時15分からという事がマイナスポイント。それを差し引いても、親切なスタッフやこの環境は素晴らしい。また機會がったら是非お伺いしたいです。

Terrible hotel! The entrance was under construction without informing guests and no signs to guide the way(stay at September 2025). The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful for my friends but for me is ok. The parking is extremely difficult, with many pillars, old and unsafe. The room is very old and dusty. Parking costs €40. Do not stay here!

Although the hotel is situated at the centre of the town, the entrance is difficult to find from the main road, because there is a construction site blocking the way. The hotel staff is not very helpful. With regard to parking, it is just a total rip off for €40/ night, with the underground parking full of columns, so that your rental car must know how to play kung-fu in order to get out of the carpark. The staff just kept on telling you it was very difficult to find a place to park in Cortina but didn't help you to find a place. The staff looked pretty arrogant and not helpful at all. Everything in the hotel is fairly basic, with food, beds, etc. There was no kettle available so every morning we had to ask for hot water. There was miscommunication with water bottles, as only 2 bottles of water on the first day, rather than 2 bottles per day, were complimentary. Apart from being close to the town centre, there wasn't much about the hotel. I think their staff should improve their attitude.

위치는 좋은데 있으나 주차하기 어렵다. 주차비 하루에 40유로 따로 지불해야함 그러나 프론트 직원 서비스가 매우 훌륭함. 저녁에 근무하던 흑인 직원은 처음으로 이탈리아에서 팁을 주고싶을 정도로 친절했음

Siamo stati una notte abbiamo dormito bene,la stanza era spaziosa e abbiamo fatto una buona colazione. ( anticipata dopo la nostra richiesta). Unica cosa che posso consigliare un cartello di dove si trova il parcheggio dell'hotel. ( in questo periodo stanno facendo dei lavori) ed è stato difficile trovarlo. Se avrò occasione ritornerò sicuramente in quella struttura.

Checked in at around 4pm. The service was relatively slow and we were required to write down our credit card details on a piece of paper which is uncommon for newer hotels. The card I was issued had issue and I had to circle back and forth to the reception which wasn’t the best experience.

한국에서 이 곳 여행가시는 분들은 절대 이 호텔 이용하지 마세요. 제가 4박5일 예약하고 현지 도착했는대, 방안에서 곰팡이 냄새 나고, 벽에 곰팡이 긁어낸 자국이 선명하더라고요. 1층이었는데, 창밖 바로 옆 공사장에서 공사소음이 그대로 들어오고. 호텔 방안, 복도에는 카레냄새 비슷한 불쾌한 냄새가 복도 등에 흘러 다니고, 카운터 직원도 제3국인으로 친절하지도 않았습니다. 호텔요금외에 로칼택스로 100유로이상 내야하고, 거기에다 차 1대 1박당 40유로, 2대 4박 총320유로의 주차비를 내라니요. 주차비 내기 싫으면 길가에 노상주차하면 된다고 친절하게도? 일러주는데, 이 동네는 산골비탈이라 길이 좁아서 주차할 데도 없고 무단주차했다가는 벌금이 더 크다 하니, 이건 이미 현지에 도착한 손님의 급박한 사정을 악용한 바가지 상술이지 뭡니까. 더구나 지하 주차장이라는 곳도 물이 질펀한 시멘트 바닥이라 짐가방 내려놓기도 신경쓰이고 가방 직접 끌고 계단에 들어 올려 또 끌고, 이런 주차장으에 1박 40유로 주차비를 달라니. 카운터에 불만을 말했더니 방을 바꿔 주겠다는대, 다른 방도 그런 수준이었고. 해서 참다 못해 예약취소를 요청했더니, 무료취소 가능기간 지났으니 취소 불가능하다고 거절하더라고요. 이런한 사정은 현장도착해서야 알게 되는 것인대, 무료취소기간을 이유로 삼다니요. 주차비 및 로칼택스도 온라인 계약서에 기재되어 있다고 하던데, 깨알 같은 계약서 어느 구석에 일방적 바가지를 숨겨 놓고 그걸로 면피할려는 얄팍한 상술도 괘씸하죠. 결국 우리 일행 5명과 긴급 상의끝에 이런 악덕호텔의 부당 상행위를 도와줄 수는 없다고 결론내리고, 전원 철수하고 다른 호텔을 찾아 옮겼습니다. 비슷한 가격에 훨씬 좋은 호텔로요. 아무튼 앞으로 이곳 코르티나 담페조에 가실 때는 저 알래스카 호텔에는 절대 가지 마세요. 이 호텔을 안내한 訂房網站 에 항의할 계획입니다. 訂房網站 or *********** 사이트에서 이런 호텔은 제거되어야 합니다. 참고바랍니다.

Although the hotel is situated at the centre of the town, the entrance is difficult to find from the main road, because there is a construction site blocking the way. The staff just kept on telling you it was very difficult to find a place to park in Cortina but didn't help you to find a place. The staff looked pretty arrogant and not helpful at all. Everything in the hotel is fairly basic, with food, beds, etc. There was no kettle available so every morning we had to ask for hot water. There was miscommunication with water bottles, as only 2 bottles of water on the first day, rather than 2 bottles per day, were complimentary. Apart from being close to the town centre, there wasn't much about the hotel. I think their staff should improve their attitude.
