科隆戈特威套房酒店 (Coron Gateway Hotel & Suites)

Nos dieron primero una suite que estaba super sucia la moqueta parece que estaba corrida y llena de polvo y sin limpiar había basura de otras personas de la estancia anterior Pedimos cambiar y nos dieron una un poco mejor pero es bastante caro para lo que es además limpieza fatal, las chicas de recepción eran agradables

This was our third room in the hotel during the same 訂房網站. This was also the worst part of our 訂房網站. The quality of the room was the same as the others we stayed in - very wide, but not very clean. The water pressure was also very low, and the hot water was not very reliable. Again, the bathtub was basically useless because of how slowly the water trickled out to fill it up. The second evening we came back to find the room hot, humid, and feeling like a sauna. The A/C had broken, and they told us there were no other rooms that we could move to. They gave us the choice to wait for a few hours until the AC was fixed, or try a smaller replacement room. The replacement room we went to was smaller and clearly uncleaned - the carpet felt kind of sticky/dirty/stained, and there was visible dirt and dust around the room. The AC in this room was also broken, and only blew warm air. After complaining some more, the staff revealed there was another empty room, they said they would clean it so we could move in. After over an hour of moving in and out, we were finally resettled into the new room. The staff were understanding and seemed to genuinely want to help, but seemed to be unable to make any decisions without authority of the management, who they kept calling to confirm. The management initially offered complementary breakfast if we switched to the smaller room, but after we moved to the new replacement room the staff said that the breakfast offer was canceled by the management, since our new room was of the same value as our original.  In the end, we wasted nearly all of our last evening moving from room to room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.  (Included is a picture of the falsely advertised 'ocean view').

房間很大，就在碼頭旁邊方便出海。但是衹推薦給喜歡和動物同吃同住的人預訂。第一天入住就聽到窗簾有異響，太困了以為沒關好窗戶風吹的就睡了，第二天聽到天花板有跑步聲，衹是以為隔音不好。第三天睡的晚結果發現窗簾桿上好幾衹耗子在爬！！！窗簾的異響是因為他們順著從天花板來回地面，天花板是他們在跑步。他們住在吊頂裡，應該可以去到每個房間！在窗戶上發現老鼠屎，而且被清理了很多次，酒店方一定是知道這個情況的，投訴的時候也是面無表情一點不覺得驚訝！ 帶來的吃的被啃，鎖上的箱子被咬壞，酒店方不解決不道歉。頭兩天入住沒有熱水澡洗也是一直找不到人來修。 保安清潔人員都挺好，前台也會每次笑著打招呼，就是碰到事兒了沒一個能管事的 投訴兩天下來衹有訂房網站在幫忙解決，非常感謝幾位客服的耐心！

到市場和出海碼頭很近，設施比較老。

너무 오래된 건물이라 시설이 너무 낡았다. 옵션도 전혀 맞지가 않다

Минус нет бассейна , в целом корон просто не нравится как остров

Всё старое , убитое , грязное . Муравьи , большой таракан и мышь была на 2 этаже !!! Расположение прям у причала , была горячая вода . Всё остальное тихий ужас , кондиционер плохо работал .

The state was great. It was amazing. It was right at the beach.

服務人員很熱情，位置也很方便，走著就能到鎮上最熱鬧的街上和海邊! 我們定的雙床房正對日落，在房間看日落超方便。房間很大，但就是需要注意一下有沒有老鼠......

Очень потрепанный отель. Сломанный кондиционер, запах плесени, ночью отключался свет в номере. Завтраки в кафе при отеле, не вкусно и долго ждать . Из плюсов : удобная кровать, есть одеяло.
