There was no front desk, it’s just a flat. The room is small, and there was bin box outside. The door is window and felt not safe. For the bathroom, they even haven’t a curtains and feel no privacy.

Great apartment in a good location. Facilities were excellent and communication was unparalleled. Location is safe with several cafes and restaurants nearby. City centre is only three metro stops away and trains run frequently. The apartment was very clean and was well stocked with everything you might need. Host went above and beyond letting us check in early and communication was excellent. Could not recommend more highly.

The apartment is spacious with 2 rooms but luggage has to be opened in the living area. Toilet is big and spacious. Shower head water pressure can be stronger. Sink has a musty smell and should be deep cleaned. Kitchen is well equipped with cookwares.

The support staff was enthusiastic. I had a little problem when checking in the apartment. The digital lock was broken so I waited for a long time. When I called the support number, it took a long time for someone to answer the phone and guide me to get the physical key. I hope the apartment owner will discuss this in advance in an email so that problems like this do not happen again.
