空調壞的，必須開艙門否則極悶熱

The room was spacious and as described but the shared spaces (shower and toilets) and the acces were far from good.  The code I’ve received when I booked wasn’t working, so I had to call to receive a new and working one . No way of using the lockers to leave your stuff as you need a fresh code to access them. The toilets and showers were

¡¡Una estafa!! Hemos quedado totalmente decepcionados, defraudados y timados. En ningún momento nos llegó el código de auto-checkin, nos encontramos en Copenhague a las 2 de la mañana en la calle, sin poder entrar en la habitación. Tuvimos que recorrernos la zona cansados y cargados con las maletas para poder encontrar un lugar para dormir. Después de pasar por varios hoteles y hostels, encontramos uno con una habitación disponible, eso sí, el precio para dormir unas horas, era el precio de alojamiento de una semana para algunos establecimientos. Pagamos lo que tuvimos que pagar para no pasar la noche en la calle. Es de vergüenza que pagues un servicio (alojamiento) y que te encuentres en la calle y tengas que pagar de nuevo a precio de oro una habitación para poder dormir apenas 5-6 horas. Al día siguiente nos acercamos al hostel de nuevo, para poder entrar en la habitación y no existe recepción ninguna, estando sin código de entrada nos tocó hacer una llamada (con teléfono español) al responsable del hostel (número de Copenhague) para pedir que nos facilitara los códigos. ¿Desde cuándo un huésped tiene que llamar al alojamiento para pedir entrar en una habitación pagada desde hace meses? Si entro a opinar en el espacio súper mega reducido de la habitación me llevaría rato. O entran las maletas o entras tú, para llegar al otro lado de la cama hay que pasar por encima de ella, imposible rodearla. Las maletas apiladas unas encima de otras para no tener que saltar sobre ellas para acceder a la cama.

Schlechter Support für Gehörlose, weil wir keine direkte Hilfe erhalten, weil die Gehörlose nicht telefonieren können. Wir müssen eine Unterstützung suchen, wo man telefonieren kann. Das ist keine Inklusion. Man hat grosse Schwierigkeiten bei der Zugangscode (Pin). Es funktionierte leider nicht konstant.

Location is okey but no again :) no clean :)

設施非常齊全，都憋萊祝

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ออกจากสถานีเซ่นทรัลมา เจอเลย ไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับ มีระบบเช็คอิน ส่งรหัสผ่านมือถือ

I have a great time staying here. The hotel strategically located in front of the main station. the receptionist and the housekeeping are very helpful and they also offer early check in with additional fees (not much). I definitely recommend this hotel and will going back for sure the next time I come back to this city. The only drawback is the elevator is still under construction when I arrive, but otherwise are great.
