很舒適 四星水平 位置也不錯附近中餐好吃

Very nice hotel, we had a wonderful room and breakfast was superb. Price for the night was clear but totally overpriced. Parking was in the back yard and extra to pay. Free drinks in the evening (in special times) were great. Stuff was super friendly and kind.

Overall decent stay. My room was very basic, it had no blackout curtains, no large mirror and a small sink. Otherwise clean and comfortable, with very nice toiletries, as well as good tea. Plenty of noise from the road, so I wouldn’t really stay here without ear plugs and an eye mask. Slippers were provided on request, the kind of cost cutting you wouldn’t expect when summer prices exceed 200€/night. For international standards, this would be considered a higher end budget stay, but for Copenhagen it’s very solid. The most disappointing part was that I had a poor interaction with one of the staff members on my last day. I called reception to ask if late check-out was available. I was told I can check out at 1PM for 150dkk. I specifically thought that was quite cheap. When I went to the reception, they told me I’d actually have to pay 250dkk, not 150dkk. This wasn’t a significant problem, probably just a misunderstanding, plus I wouldn’t make a scene for 100dkk. However, I did tell the staff member that she said it was 150 on the phone and she seemed to be offended and responded very condescendingly. I just wanted to pay and get out of there. Didn’t really expect an apology, maybe she did actually say 250 and I misheard or maybe she said 150 and misspoke, it’s impossible to say for sure. I was just hoping for a less conflictual attitude, as I wasn’t trying to dodge the fee or start an argument.

This gem of a hotel did at the border of two key districts, nearby restaurants, metro and access to the lakes. The building has been nicely refurbished. Breakfsst is very good. Rooms are comfortable. But the real asset is the staff, who are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Two community happy hours occur every day. Jazz on occasion. A great place to spent a full week, as we did, or a night.

The location of this hotel is good, less than 5min walk from metro. Our family love the healthy breakfast and the amenities including the jogging route that is offered to guests. Staff on duty was friendly and helpful.

Heel mooi hotel op goede locatie. Ondanks de drukke boulevard heel erg rustig in het hotel.  Ontbijt is zeer verzorgd en lekker!

Petit déjeuner super ! Personnel très sympa ! Le verre de vin de 17 à 18h est un plus. Clim impeccable.

L'hotel è perfetto: pulito, moderno, con ottima colazione e vicino alla metro. Ci ritornerei certamente.
