皇冠酒店總是維持著一定的水準的。房間大小，清潔程度都很好。走幾分鐘就是地鐵站和火車站，雖然不在老城區，地鐵可以直達，火車可以去機場。特別感謝10月5日凌晨值班的一男一女工作人員，由於我們的行李沒有到達，給了我們牙刷牙膏拖鞋等，怕我們肚子餓還給了蘋果

因為一家酒店愛上一座城，我喜歡皇冠假日明亮陽光的風格，一如哥哈的明媚體貼。酒店設施非常豐富，小童樂園裡各種做手工的材料，孩子玩得捨不得走。酒店還有配備齊全的商務中心，有辦公桌和顯示器，目測還提供了自助打印機。別看酒店位置不在市區，門口就有各種火車地鐵，哥哈很小，到市中心十幾分鍾。這邊是商業區，有幾座寫字樓，對面的大商場沒來得及逛。從機場過來要先做m2到市中心換成m1看起來有很多站，實際上很快的。以後再有機會來哥哈還住在這裡。

交通便利， 就在機場兩站， 斜對面過了一個橋就是，走路很便利， 副局級一個很大的購物中心， 吃飯，超市，購物都有。 去市中心也就十幾分鍾很便利。酒店大廳像原始森林很不錯。酒店內部安靜舒適。下次來還會住。

We have a great stay in Crowne Plaza Copenhagen tower. We love the bed as it’s firm , staff are friendly and helpful, Food with breakfast is fresh and warm with the hot option. One has few options to have so it’s really filling. We love the fact that they have complimentary bottled water and a kettle and fridge in the room. Its location is very accessible to the main city centre and the airport, so really good for commuting. We would really be happy to recommend to anybody and we love to come back and stay next time.

酒店離機場很近，打車10分鐘就能到達，進城可以搭乘M1線，馬路對面就是個超大的綜合體一應俱全；房間很大，多一人的梳化床早就準備好了；是這次旅程中睡過最舒服的床了；休息得很好，早餐相對很是單調，衹能填飽肚子

The hotel has a good location, 4 mins walk to the metro and Denmark's largest shopping mall with a huge Bilka supermarket. The breakfast is fantastic and has a good spread. It has a wonderful Lego room for kids and all the amenities are adequate. We did request for a child's bed which came a night later. Our shower gel ran out and we called the concierge several times but the replacement never come until we checked out and had to use our own. The service definitely has room for improvement. Otherwise, nothing else to complain about.
