Problems with water and electricity in this hotel.  Location is ancient and they did a good job renovating it. But when things get complicated they send out their junior people.  Never saw a manager during the electricity crisis.  Roughly 10 hrs no power in the entire hotel.

Location walking distance from train station. Nice cozy hotel near a lot of eateries. Walking distance to most places of tourist interest. Excellent staffs always willing to help in your enquiries. Will stay here again on my next 訂房網站.

Nice and unique hotel with great location 1) But housekeeping can do a better job to ensure that amenities like conditioner is filled before any quest check in. My bottle was totally empty. Toilet bowl is not well cleaned as well with visible stains. 2) super bad toilet design (room 142) that flood the whole toilet floor fr shower area to sink area to the cistern area which made floor slippery and dangerous. Even by the next day, toilet floor is still soaking wet. Pls seriously look into this

The lobby bar is gone and we were directed to noisy bars across the street for a nightcap. Bar/café and restaurant in hotel are privately run and have nothing to offer hotel guests. Mostly used for private parties. Room on 3rd floor has view over Radhuspladsen and small balcony which is nice. Room has lots of space but is sparsely furnished with lousy furniture. Gloomy. We were not informed we had to order room service so room had not been services when we came back in on day two. We stayed four nights and had one room service. The Palace Hotel used to be our favorite in Copenhagen but we will not be staying again. Sorry!
