哥本哈根紙島 25 小時酒店 (25hours Hotel Copenhagen Paper Island)

酒店整體不錯，值得推薦。酒店比較新，前台接待熱情，裝修溫馨，有家的感覺。他的早餐比較推薦，床上用品也比較新凈，被子很舒服。唯一可能就是離公共交通地鐵稍稍有點遠，步行大約15分鐘。還Okay 還有一點很討人喜歡，就是説房間裡面的Mini bar有幾瓶飲料跟零食都是免費提供的。但是我趕時間，最後都沒有喝上一口，有點浪費了，哈哈。

Terrible Security – Our Bags Were Stolen and Staff Did Nothing😡 We had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel in Copenhagen, and we want to warn fellow travelers to be extremely careful. While we were waiting during the check-in transition period, we left our luggage briefly in the hotel hallway — as instructed by the staff. However, there was no security, no access control, and no staff monitoring the area. As a result, some of our backpacks were stolen. The bags contained cash, credit cards, and one of them was even hidden in a corner, yet it was still taken!!😡 What made the situation worse was the hotel’s complete lack of responsibility and assistance. Staff only helped us check the surveillance footage, but told us we had to go to the police station and file the report all by ourselves. The hotel manager never showed up or contacted us, and no apology or support was offered at all. We were left to deal with everything on our own. Here are a few warnings for future travelers: 1. Never leave your luggage unattended, even inside the hotel. 2. Don’t assume cities like Copenhagen are theft-free — crimes do happen. 3. Make sure the hotel has a secure luggage storage area before booking. This incident completely ruined part of our 訂房網站, and we are deeply disappointed with the hotel’s handling of the situation.

Perfect location and great hotel! Highly recommend for a city 訂房網站. Main sights can be reached by foot/ bike. Great team and service!

可以説非常不錯的酒店，房間比較大在丹麥，設施新且有很多設計感，晚上環境非常安靜，酒店算是被水包圍，前台旁邊有很大的客廳，還有個亞洲餐廳，味道還湊合但有點貴，酒店還提供什麼魚竿和自行車租賃，反正蠻有意思的酒店；缺點是離地鐵比較遠，但有接駁公交10分鐘一班，還行，附近飯店相對比較少，價格合適還是比較推薦的

非常推薦。這個性價比在北歐算很高了。我們去的時候天氣有點冷，房間有熱水壺，沒有拖鞋，洗手間浴室有地暖。早上醒來開窗見到的風景非常治癒。房間空間寬敞，床很舒服。各種藝術裝飾小巧思非常迷人，

Newly built hotel in an excellent location, a short walk across a bridge to the famous Nyhavn district. Lovely, nice and comfortable room. A few slight negatives though, they only have housekeeping once every 3 days, in order to reduce the environmental impact. Not a bad idea, but it also meant that our glasses/mugs didn't get cleaned or replaced. We were also told the mini-bar was free and would be restocked daily, but this didn't happen once.

El hotel tiene una ubicación maravillosa. El servicio muy bueno, muy amables y serviciales en la recepción un 10. Como punto de mejora: las almohadas no son especialmente comodas no tienen otras para cambiar. Sería bueno dar la posibilidad de otras almohadas. Pero en general le doy un 10 al hotel.
