I recently stayed at the Garden Inn San Juan Condado and had a great experience. The hotel is well-maintained, and the staff was professional and courteous throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had no issues and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

很難評價這個酒店。為了避免酒店的舊，所以選了這家新酒店。然而受到的感受一言難盡。房子比較新，我訂了有陽台的Bay view，然後入住時他們講升一下，原來二個Queen s，現在升一個king和一個沙發，這個還不錯，至少我打呼，女兒睡外間少受影響，然而從下午入住到晚上入睡前，這個梳化床一是忘了鋪，二時來的人絕對不會鋪床的，根本沒概念，女兒上上下下跑了好幾次，護髮素沒了也不換，叫了忘了送，要點牙膏牙刷，忘到天外天，最後前台在我們晚上回來時説我再給你們幾把，免得他們又忘了，果然上去後毛巾忘了，牙刷忘了，什麼都沒有動。忍不住打訂房網站電話，也衹是他們表示一下，補點小錢。門口的迎賓是君子動口絕對不動手，How are u叫了可甜了。早餐，不要認為希爾頓就會好，標準的美式，沒什麼可吃的，而且清咖以外的都要問服務員要的，還有忘性也很大。我們是住二天，泳池服務正常。第二天打掃麼，地上頭髮不弄的，床倒鋪好了，用完的護髮素也沒換，補的也就丟邊上沒看到。女兒講美國人把床鋪好已經不錯了．你們在國內給寵壞了。第二天晩上問他們要個牙線，竟然二個餐廳包括前台都説沒有…… 唯一要感謝的是第三天離開前的前台Diane女士，幫我做了延遲退房，還重新刷了下房卡，似乎有點職業的，其他的，我不客氣的講……哈哈，不講了。

其他見前面評論。衞生做了很差，浴室處理了馬虎，我們有圖有真相的，重點見圖一。大陸客人如果語言能力欠佳的，慎選！總體來説，酒店很新……其他麼，正好網上看到一篇文章，北美的酒店和國內的服務是不能比的。這個酒店有外加度假費，就是訂房網站的到店付稅。

We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It's a short car or bus ride from the eastern-side forts and Viejo San Juan, and they had a lovely pool (the second photo was the view from the pool area overlooking the lagoon) and exercise room. We had breakfast at the hotel during our stay, and the food was solid in terms of both hot and cold options (but unfortunately there wasn't any variety between days); we enjoyed the made-to-order omelets very much. The highlight included amenity of this hotel was the beach umbrellas and chairs at the Playita del Condado, which was a calmer beach and away from the ripcurrents; we were also able to use the pools at the Condado Plaza.

The modern washing/dryer machines are not usable due to wireless network issue, and hotel could not fixed it and we have to use the neighbor hotel’s coin laundry machine to wash our clothes after great outdoor activities. The breakfast is included in the booking but waiter still print bill for us and caused some confusion, it is better to explain it earlier in a clear way to let customer understand , I saw several other customer also asking the bill. Front desk is nice and help us to keep the luggage after checkout so we can visit the nearby freely before actually leave the hotel to airport.

Un buen hotel en conjunto, bien situado, con personal eficiente y gran habitación con vistas y balcón. Desayuno debería mejorar la calidad de los productos (zumos naturales por ejemplo) y más fruta. Pero en general nos gustó la atención y los servicios.

意外訂的這家酒店，酒店很新地理位置也很好，這次訂的豪華大床，前台的服務很熱情，給我安最吸引我們的還是窗外的風景，湖景很美。酒店的服務是加分項，是一趟特別的旅行。滿意滿意

Chambre spacieuse vue lagon, emplacement central,un petit déjeuner buffet médiocre : pas de croissants, peu de choix en fruits, seulement du pain de mie, en guise de viande du lard dommage.

I recently stayed at the Garden Inn San Juan Condado and had a great experience. The hotel is well-maintained, and the staff was professional and courteous throughout my stay. We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.
