Super small shower area. I am 150cm tall and 42 kg , hard to turn around. The doors of the shower area got a big gap such that the floor was all flooded after shower. Room big for a double room and small for a single one .

酒店位置好，走5分鐘到火車站，火車站前有很多大巴線路，出行方便。到老城區也是走5分鐘左右，穿過去就是湖邊。酒店裝修得也漂亮。

飯店裡火車站很近,走到老城或是搭渡輪的碼頭都在8-12分鐘左右，位置很好。服務人員態度親切，早餐還不錯，有多種糕點麵包，也有炒蛋火腿，一樓還有免費冰塊和微波爐可使用，除了隔音不好，其他都挺不錯的

Been to Como 6 times. Better choices in Como. Hotel is badly maintained. Desk light broken; mirror chipped; hole in wall. Underground carpark is pitch dark with two ridiculous pillars that threaten to wreck your car. No tissue in room. Lift slow. Room dim. Shower is in a narrow bath tub. No water provided. Sorry. Would not recommend.

The room was clean, service ladies were friendly and even allowed me to check out late upon request. However wall between rooms were so thin and noise from the roads were loud since i had to let cold air enter the room as the whole of Como was functioning with heater during the autumn season.

A beautiful practical hotel that met our needs. The breakfast was filling and wholesome, kept us full all day! (It might have been nice to change up a little e.g having boiled eggs/ omelette instead of simple scrambled eggs, especially for those of us with a halal diet and therefore some limited options) everything was perfect in terms of room size, daily housekeeping, lovely toilet and shower. It would be nice to have an iron in the room, although perhaps if I had requested it, there might have been one I could use. Also would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room for a late night hot drink. But these are small suggestions for improvement, otherwise we had a wonderful, comfortable stay in the perfect location. I would return to this b&b as well as their other branches due to the exceptional care and hospitality!
