Key cards don’t work, you have to go to the front desk every time you leave your room to have them let you in. Room was dirty. Staff was odd.

This was by far this worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. My son is currently in OSU Wexner Medical Hospital and my husband and I are taking turns at hotels because my son is only allowed one overnight visitor. We were looking for cheap, clean and close to the hospital. The toilet seat was not made for the toilet, the toilet tank did not have a lid, there was no cross safety bar on the door and the door had to be shoved to open and close. The proprietors of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. We have located a very nice hotel for about $10 more that is basically a suite with separate living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette that we will be utilizing. I advise that no one stays here, and if you do, do so at your own risk and unhappiness. AGAIN…..SHAME ON THE OWNERS!

Upon arrival I’ve being told your confirmation being rejected I was very happy because I ask the receptionist if may care will be safe here tonight that is how bad it was in that area, there was a lot of ************ around

We booked the one night and check in was easy and fast. Went thru the hall doors to access our room and the hall was so smokey and smells of **** strong. Our rooms were clean. Vending machine ******. Morning breakfast don't exist. No pool. Over all for just a place to sleep it did its job.

It wasn't ANYTHING thing like the pictures. The rooms had drug Residue in the night stand. The beds didn't have any pillows on them and the air conditioner didn't work there was **** smoke all thru the hotel. Breakfast was supposed to be 630-930am and it wasnt. Said there was a pool and it was "closed for the season" I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a good night sleep.
