房間設施很新，服務也很好。第一次定錯了還給無責退款，非常好的入住體驗，早餐也挺豐富的。去colorado Spring也很近。

I’ve booked a king room through Trips app for my stay at Hampton Inn Colorado Spring. My 訂房網站 was prepaid online through Trips app for $388.10. When I went in to check in at the hotel, the front desk lady name Brittany had charged me an extra $346.38 for the same room. Plus an extra $60 charge for incidental fee. I’ve told her, my room has been paid for online through the app, but she said the extra charge of $346.38 will drops after I check out, but it never did. So this company had charged me twice for the same room I stay. A total of $734.48 was taken for the 3 nights stay, in which the room was ($118/ night). On the second night I stay there, the children above my room was running loose, screaming for 2 hours, making such horrible noises through the floor. Very upsetting and unpleasant stay. I’m giving this a a *1 star because they have not returned my money for over charging yet.
