Appart hôtel très propre personnels très accueillant très souriant agréable et surtout à l’écoute notre chambre était très propre la salle de fitness au top avec une belle vue au loin où l’ont voit la Tour Eiffel pour nous qui venin du sud spécialement pour le concert à booba sur Paris au U Arena La Défense un petit moment agréable en couple merci à tout le personnel mention spéciale à la femme à la réception le jour de notre arriver au top merci beaucoup

Отель хороший, в номере чисто, номер бронировал для трёх человек с двухспальной кроватью и диван-кровать, в номере есть кухня, микроволновка, холодильник, тостер, электрическая плита и кофемашина для капсул, мне не понятно зачем она, капсулы не ложат. Бронировал на две ночи. Минусом стало, что на второй день не положили даже пакетики с дешёвым кофе, на ресепшене сказали, что только при заселении ложат один раз. Но почему-то 2 пакетика кофе и 3 чая на троих. Бред какой-то. Мне что пачку кофе надо было покупать на два дня. Думаю руководству отеля нужно пересмотреть этот вопрос. А так всё хорошо. Парковка подземная есть за 11€ сутки. Поезд до парижа 10 мин. пешком.

Stayed for 3days and the room is pretty clean but location is quite far. The hair dryer in the room was broken. On the day of the checkout, the reception told me, the deposit will release on that day but it’s over 2 weeks and haven’t received it till today. I sent the email for twice and haven’t got the reply yet.

房間很不錯衹是地理位置稍微偏了一些，早餐的種類不算特別豐富，但是工作人員態度還可以。酒吧酒的種類不算多，而且人手不夠。

Dès que l’on est arrivé, il faisait froid, minimum 2° dans la chambre fenêtre ouverte de l’eau à l’intérieur de la chambre, ça sentait l’humidité. Nous l’avons dit à la réception, mais le personnel me dit de nettoyer parce que la femme de ménage a oublié de fermer la fenêtre. Pour eux c’était normal, je trouve ça. Inadmissible que ce soit au client de nettoyer. Puis les jours passent, il n’y a pas eu de changement de draps, rien du tout, je trouve ça pas normal alors que nous l’avons demandé, j’aimerais être remboursé pour cette gêne. Merci
