科隆城市閣樓 (Urban Loft Cologne)

作為一個長期旅行者，酒店特色很強，優點是1:離車站算近，雖然也有六七分鐘路程；2，裝修很有格調，設計和材質上都具匠心，在各項插座燈具等設定上都考慮到了；3，床品枕頭都很好；4，天台無敵景觀……缺點也十分明顯：1，窗簾兩層但也不遮光，且很多汙漬，因太過噁心我們甚至自己用酒精擦了；2，雙人房衹配了一張椅子，其實可以再放一個摺疊椅；3，水壓超強勁，很棒，但因為地面太平，隔斷不夠寬，正常洗澡都會濺到一地水；4，房間沒有任何水杯，水壺，要喝水都要到樓下打，這在德國一般是比較廉價商務酒店的配置，問題是這家的價格並不是，其他品牌酒店到這個價格的房間裡都有熱水壺咖啡機了，這家是整個歐洲旅行中價格與配置性價比最差的一家酒店……而因為一天至少兩次打熱水，有一名店員態度非常不耐煩，甚至完全表現出來，極其糟糕……5，咖啡實際上11:30pm-11:30am免費供應，但店員並沒有主動説，還有一個甚至説早上六點以後不免費，要付錢……感覺酒店這項完全可以改進，索性就大方點……下次這樣的酒店，除非價格低三分之一，才會考慮……另外，早餐是19歐一個人，訂房網站的訊息完全不對，十分一般，不值得，隔壁超市和bakery買點好麵包加有機的冷肉不超過五歐……As a frequent traveler, I found this hotel to have distinct characteristics. On the plus side: 1. It is relatively close to the station, albeit a six- or seven-minute walk away; 2. The décor is stylish, showcasing thoughtful craftsmanship in design and materials, with well-considered placement of outlets and lighting; 3. The bedding and pillows are excellent; 4. The rooftop offers an unbeatable view. However, the downsides are glaring: 1. The double-layered curtains fail to block out light and are covered in stains—it was so gross that we even wiped them down with alcohol ourselves; 2. The double room only had one chair, whereas a folding chair could easily have been added; 3. The water pressure is incredibly strong—which is great—but the floor is too flat and the shower partition too narrow, causing water to splash all over the floor during a normal shower; 4. The room lacks water glasses or a kettle; you have to go downstairs to get water. This is the sort of setup usually found in cheap business hotels, yet this hotel isn't priced like one—other brands at this price point provide kettles and coffee machines. This was the worst hotel of my entire European 訂房網站 in terms of value for money regarding price versus amenities. Furthermore, because I had to fetch hot water at least twice a day, one staff member was extremely impatient—even openly showing it—which was terrible service; 5. Coffee is actually free from 11:30 PM to 11:30 AM, but the staff didn't volunteer this information; one even claimed it wasn't free after 6:00 AM and required payment. This is an area the hotel could easily improve—they should just be more generous about it.

設施：房間很小，帶 26 寸箱子都不能完全打開。沒有熱水壺，沒有冰箱； 服務：一千多的房間，連早餐都不含 環境：周邊華人超市，便利店，這點還算可以

地理位置非常棒，步行可到科隆火車站和市中心，周邊餐廳、超市齊全，生活便利。 房間設計現代，空間利用合理，乾淨舒適，入住體驗很好。整體環境安靜，適合短期住宿或商務出行。非常推薦，性價比不錯。

離火車站比較近， 酒店應該是新裝修的。 早餐一般，從酒店去火車站的路上好臭。 酒店隔壁就是🀄️超，比較多的中餐選擇

床上有不屬於我們的頭髮。衣櫃轉角位及牆角有黴菌，感覺不太衛生。 區域附近比較多流浪漢，要小心。

很快很好哦，方便快捷，就在火車站旁邊，方便我們趕路，總體還是不錯的，有機會下次再來，還會選擇這家酒店。

酒店的位置離HBF很近，大約步行6分鐘，因此對於出行以及到科隆教堂來説很方便，相應的缺點就是現在HBF周邊晚上似乎有很多流浪人員，路上有一些不安全感。酒店內部的每層門禁和前台確認給人安全的感覺。 我分到了西北面靠後的房間，後面就是鐵路，由於酒店有雙層玻璃隔音窗戶，其實一點也不會吵，而且對於鐵路迷來説其實是個意外的收穫。

飯店雖然在火車站旁邊，但窗戶隔音不錯，不會很吵，週邊也有亞洲餐廳和小超市也很方便，早餐種類也算豐富的

比想象中好。地理位置優，離火車站很近！雙層玻璃隔音好，後面就是軌道，一點都不吵。 一樓公共區域可以辦公開會。 早餐東西不多，單獨購買的話性價比不高。

衞生很好，有24小時免費的水，但是免費咖啡衹有晚上11.30～第二天早上11.30有。房間不配有水壺 需要去前台領，但是我去的時候已經被沒有了。不過可以要求他們給你接一杯熱水。位置方便。
