The hotel was nice if you're visiting Köln. But i guess we just had experienced a scary situation where someone was trying to Unlock the door at around 9pm when we're about to sleep. We got scared. Then when we heard that, i asked who's trying to open the door and it was a Family with 2 kids, so the receptionist gave us the wrong key for our booked room and they gave the Family the wrong key but with the same room number. No explanation was made what really happened at that exact moment from the receptionist , got no time to go down and ask the reception since we're tired from that day. But ofcourse we're already bothered and scared about that.
