The bedsheets and pillows were covered with unidentified human hair, indicating a complete lack of basic cleaning standards.
2. **Appalling Service Attitude**
When reporting the issues to the front desk, the staff dismissively responded with "OK" without apology or corrective action.
3. **Multiple Functional Failures**
- Inconvenient location with poor transportation access
- **Wi-Fi connection completely failed on the second day**, severely disrupting work and travel plans
- Room facing a noisy main street with **garbage truck operations starting at 5:00 AM**, producing unbearable noise and foul odors
As a hotel in Germany’s renowned tourist city, its substandard quality is utterly negligent. I strongly urge relevant booking platforms to **immediately remove this property** to prevent further harm to travelers!

I stayed at the hotel with three friends in January 2026. It was my first overnight stay, although I had previously visited the sauna.
Upon arrival, the hotel manager (an older gentleman with dyed hair) stared at us in an unfriendly manner as we entered the foyer to check in. His demeanor was cold and unwelcoming, his tone irritated, and his facial expression dismissive. Instead of feeling like valued guests, we felt like an inconvenience. A first interaction should set a positive tone for the stay — unfortunately, this one did the opposite. The exchange was uncomfortable and disappointing.
The rooms were modern, clean, and acceptable overall.
The sauna area, however, was disappointing. While parts were under reconstruction, the space lacked the warm and inviting atmosphere it once had in previous years.
The restaurant service was average, and the food quality was also average — nothing particularly memorable.
Overall, the experience was negative enough that none of us plan to return. The four of us agreed on this the following morning. It is unfortunate that the stay did not meet expectations in any way.
