這次入住 Essential by Dorint Köln-Junkersdorf，整體感受相當不錯，簡單整理一下給大家參考： 房間環境 房間寬敞明亮，採光很好，整體乾淨整潔。床鋪軟硬適中，睡起來很舒服，浴室乾濕分離，用起來方便。 餐飲體驗 早餐選擇多樣，西式口味，有炒時蔬熱菜！ 服務態度 櫃檯人員親切有禮，入住/退房流程快速！ 缺點 我們只是入住辦理停車下行李，櫃台竟然說樓下停車場是外包，停了一個多小時收了7歐!!!!!後來觀察一下停旁邊馬路免費。 免費水只有入住有提供~但縮水了~~~以前很大一罐的

Ideal gelegen für den Besuch eines Spiels des 1. FC Köln. Das Stadion kann zu Fuß in ca. 15 min. erreicht werden oder bequem mit der KVB angesteuert werden.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The hotel is very old and needs a complete renovation. There is no proper air conditioning in the room; the unit provided does not cool the room at all, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. There was no internet connection in my room, and I needed it for my laptop and work. I went to the reception three times to report the problem. Each time, the staff told me, “Just five minutes,” but no one ever came to fix it, and the problem was never resolved. The cleanliness was below expectations, and the overall condition of the hotel did not match the price. In addition, the parking fee is €30 per night, which is far too expensive for Germany. Overall, this hotel does not offer good value for money. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Am ersten Abend hat ein Gast direkt neben uns ein nicht gemachtes Zimmer reklamiert. Er hatte kurz zuvor eingecheckt. Am nächsten Abend musste ich feststellen, dass mein Zimmer nicht gereinigt war, was mich nicht gestört hätte, wären die Handtücher erneuert worden. Andere Hotels legen direkt 2 Duschtücher bereit. Anruf an der Rezeption: ich dürfe mir neue Handtücher abholen. Es sei sonst niemand da. Und überhaupt, es sei eine externe Firma, die die Reinigung macht. Ja und?

Otele ulaşım çok basit tranvayla ama biraz uzak merkezden 10 durak falan gidip geliyosun sanırım. Otele gelecek olursak hizmet çok kötü seçtiğimiz odayı vermediler klasik bi oda verdiler. Saat 14:30 oradaydık 15te teslim edeceğiz dediler 15:30 oldu hala temizleniyor diye erteleyip durdular. Artık valizleri bırakıp çıkmak zorunda kaldık odaya giremeden tavsiye etmiyorum bi daha gidersem orada kalmam.

Found this hotel on my route to the Netherlands, came in late after midnight the reception is open 24 hours and the gentleman working that night was very nice. Location nearby the highway, rooms are decent and clean.
