科隆美迪亞公園NH精選酒店 (NH Collection Köln Mediapark)

這次在科隆入住的這家酒店整體屬於 “中規中矩” 的實用型選擇，沒有明顯短板但也少了些驚喜。位置還算便利，步行到附近的公交站約 5 分鐘，去科隆大教堂、老城區等景點搭乘公共交通或打車都不算繞路，周邊有小超市和簡餐店，日常採購、解決三餐很方便。房間面積適中，單人住足夠寬敞，雙人住稍顯緊湊，傢俱和陳設能看出有些使用痕跡，但整體乾淨整潔，床品柔軟度剛好，睡眠質量沒有受影響；衞生間乾濕分離做得不錯，熱水供應穩定，洗漱用品是基礎款，建議對護膚有要求的朋友自帶。服務方面，前台工作人員態度溫和，辦理入住和退房都很高效，問景點路線時也會耐心解答，但沒有主動提供額外的貼心服務（比如本地遊玩推薦、行李寄存延伸服務等）。早餐是簡單的自助形式，麵包、火腿、雞蛋、咖啡、果汁等基礎品類都有，口味中規中矩，能滿足飽腹需求，追求豐富餐食的話可能會覺得有些單一。總體來説，如果你是為了在科隆便捷出行、追求高性價比住宿，這家酒店能滿足基本需求，適合注重實用性而非奢華體驗的旅客。

房間挺大的，環境很好，地點其實也還好，市區走路20分鐘都可以到。就是早餐對中國胃來説不太友好，沒有熱麵包的機器，煮雞蛋也經常斷供。

Great hotel with nice location, close to metro and train station. Perfect for those who would like to explore the easy. Bonus: the room view is also great!

酒店離主要景點15分鐘的路程，居住環境 安靜、安全、安心！很方便。早餐也不錯的！與國內酒店設施基本一致，除了不提供牙刷和拖鞋。非常值得推薦！

During my 35+ years of traveling, I never had such an experience of the housekeeping staff leaving the door opened after cleaning my room. I returned to my room after a full day of work at the conference and business dinner, I found my room left opened! I was totally in shock to see my room was opened! I took a photo and then went to look for the hotel staff to go with me to check out the room. The Hotel Manager found shocking as well, he said he never experienced this in his entire hotel business career. We went in the room and checked, luckily nothing was missing, apparently the housekeeping staff didn’t close the door behind her/him. The Manager was trying to offer me something, breakfast at first but I don’t eat breakfast, then he was offering me a drink at the bar and I accepted it as I really needed a drink after such dramatic incident. Then I saw a roach crawling near the coffee machine the second night of my stay, so I went down to the front desk talking to the staff but the staff didn’t think it’s a big deal but I request to have someone helped me catch it otherwise I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night. So a man came with me trying to catch it but failed and he apologize for not be able to catch it. Then I went down to the front desk asking for a room change with no luck as the hotel is full. She gave me a doorknob tag to get a snack from the bar or some nuts from the minibar. From the look on her face telling me she really didn’t care, probably thinking why I made such a big deal about a roach in my room! Paying two thousands something a night for a hotel room to getting such service and experience is totally not worth it not mention vehicle cannot reach the front entrance of the hotel. The Uber driver dropped me off by the pond pointing me to the hotel and telling me to walk across the bridge with my luggage the first night arriving the hotel. Uber drivers always drop me off the street near the hotel to walk back. Very inconvenient even the outside of the hotel is nice with the pond and greens. I don’t often write reviews unless the staying experience is SUPER NICE or SUPER BAD!

酒店本身性價比是OK的，房間很大，洗手間也大，外面景色十分漂亮，但有很多問題。 1、洗澡水忽冷忽熱，洗澡體驗非常差。 2、第二天在房間裡發現了一衹長腳會飛的蟲子，我叫不上名字，但有2cm長。 3、第二天上午，客房服務員在沒有敲門的情況下直接刷卡進入了房間，而此時我沒有穿褲子。事後我也沒有收到任何形式的道歉。 4、空調聲音非常大，但關掉又很悶。 5、窗簾部分很奇怪，隔光窗簾在外側，紗簾在內側，每次開關窗簾都十分困難。 6、與對面辦公室距離非常近，非常近。

周圍環境優美，房間寬敞，服務在科隆的酒店中，可以算是非常禮貌並且周到的
